From: You Want Fries With That?

[In the Burgermon's kitchen, the kids prepare to start cooking.] 
"Aw, man. I'm ready to chow right now." -J.P.
[He bites down on an apple.] 
"Hey, save some ingredients for cooking." -Zoe
"(mouth full) Yes, ma'am." -J.P.
"All this food is making me drool." -Neemon
"Yes, but must you do it on me?" -Bokomon
"It looks like none of them have ever seen a kitchen before." -TorikaraBallmon
"I suppose you can never have too much meat." -Takuya
"Hey, Z, what kind are you going to make?" -J.P.
"Patience is a virtue. You'll see." -Zoe
"Smart, beautiful, and competent in the kitchen. Can a girl get any better than that?" -J.P.
"All right. Meaty meat burger. Some of this. And maybe some of that. And I'm going to make me a masterpiece. Meat! Meat! Meat!" -Takuya
"That might work." -TorikaraBallmon
"Hmm." -Tommy
"You look lost. You need help?" -TorikaraBallmon
"Well, the outside looks fine, but I'm not sure what to put in the middle yet. I'm thinking ground beef. Oh, yeah, now I remember. Mom says onions always give it flavor." -Tommy
[He picks up an onion and starts to peel it.] 
"Oh, boy. Here comes the tears." -Tommy
[He finishes, but all that's there is the peel.] 
"It all came apart, and there's nothing inside." -Tommy
"How do things get inside?" -TorikaraBallmon
"We'll never see Daddy again!" -TorikaraBallmon
*cries* -Both TorikaraBallmon
[Tommy pulls out a chopping knife.]
  "Never fear, the blade is here!" -Tommy
"Aahh!" -Both TorikaraBallmon
[Tommy starts to chop the onion peel.] 
"My children can't stop crying." -Burgermon Mother
"Yeah, neither can I. Cooking's painful." -Tommy
"Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah." -J.P.
"Hi-ya! Hi-ya! Woooh! Easy as pie! Yeah!" -Takuya
*laughs* -J.P.
[Tommy walks by the sink carrying his chopped onions and rubbing his eyes.] 
"My eye's hurt. Oh!" -Tommy
[He drops the onions into a pot of boiled eggs.] 
"Oh, man, that's my boiled eggs." -J.P.
"I'm so sorry. Uh." -Tommy
[After draining the onions out, he backs up and knocks into Zoe's table, dropping the onion pieces into one of Zoe's filled bowls.] 
"Oh no." -Tommy
"Tommy, that was my salad dressing." -Zoe
"Do you know what you're doing?" -TorikaraBallmon
"Pretty clumsy." -TorikaraBallmon
"I don't know if I can use this now." -Tommy
[He sticks his finger in and tastes it.] 
"Hey, it's pretty good." -Tommy
"Wow, Tommy, you invented a new flavor." -TorikaraBallmon
"What was in that dressing?" -Tommy
"I don't know, but it sure made a difference." -TorikaraBallmon
"I'll just fry the ground beef and put this stuff on top." -Tommy
[Later, five trays of burgers sit on a table.] 
"So, do you think they're edible?" -TorikaraBallmon
"I'm not going to try it, you try it." -TorikaraBallmon
"I'm not going to try it. Let them." -TorikaraBallmon
"Meatloaf and yucky Soba noodles! Ladies and gentlemen, an exotic combination for a new generation!" -J.P.
"Well, J.P., I'm surprised. It's actually edible." -Bokomon
"Here, try my burger italiano. Cheese, tomato sauce, and lots of fresh chopped mushrooms." -Zoe
[Neemon pops three into his mouth, one at a time.] 
"*munch munch munch* Tastes like chicken." -Neemon
[Bokomon and Neemon stand in front of two trays piled with burgers] 
"Are those supposed to be hamburgers?" -Bokomon
"I think I saw one move." -Neemon
"Are you going to take a bite?" -Bokomon
"If they don't bite first." -Neemon
[Bokomon takes a bite of Takuya's burger and Neemon from Koji's.] 
"Mine's a meaty meat burger. Steak, pork cutlets, and ground beef. I was going for volume." -Takuya
"My seafood burger has lobster, scallop, and shrimp." -Koji
"And I topped it all off with some sardines and peanut butter." -Takuya
"My special sauce is made with pureed squid and white chocolate." -Koji
"Ack! Disgusting!" -Bokomon & Neemon
[Takuya and Koji each take a bite of their own, and then a bite of the other's.] 
"Interesting. Is this one yours Tommy?" -Neemon
"Why, does it look bad?" -Tommy
"No, we just need a break after the last one." -Bokomon
"Or get our stomach's pumped." -Neemon
"Would you like some fresh tea?" -Burgermon Mother
"Yeah." -Tommy
"Why don't we all take a short break. I'll bring your drinks outside for you in a minute." -Burgermon Mother
"These smell good, Tommy. Let's give 'em a try." -Zoe
[She carries them outside followed by Tommy and J.P.] 
"Hey, don't eat them all. I'll take one too!" -J.P.
"It wasn't really that bad. Mine was better. Huh?" -Takuya & Koji
"What are you talking about, Takuya, yours was horrible." -Koji
"At least mine was edible. Yours even smelled bad. You just about killed Bokomon and Neemon!" -Takuya
"Maybe we should have a rematch them." -Koji
"Fine., any time. You'll lose." -Takuya
"Yeah, right. In your dreams, botulism boy." -Koji
"It was just too much for them." -TorikaraBallmon
"How do we find Daddy now?" -TorikaraBallmon

[Awhile later, Takuya and Koji and cooking up more hamburgers.] 
"Oh, no. Not again." -Bokomon
"How could they make such good food taste so bad?" -Neemon

[Burger Test Number Two! Bokomon and Neemon are sitting against the wall.] 
"It smells like a garbage dump." -Bokomon
"Sorry, that was me." -Neemon
"I'd leave but I can't walk." -Bokomon 
"All done!" -Takuya
"Oh!" -Bokomon & Neemon
*laughs* -Takuya
"Just in time." -Koji
"Presenting the vista burger! A super spicy burger made with hot curry, ginkeng, and chiriso. When you eat it, your whole body burns!" -Takuya
"And the rainbow burger! Apples, oranges, melons, bananas, strawberries, and garlic sauce. Healthy, colorful, and guaranteed to flush out the pipes." -Koji
"Oh, no." -Bokomon
*laugh* -Takuya & Koji
"Oh..." -Bokomon & Neemon

[And awhile later, in the kitchen.] 
"My hamburger's the best!" -Takuya
"Wrong again, dorkus!" -Koji
"Hmm. Which one is it, guys?" -Takuya & Koji
"Ah!" -Bokomon & Neemon
[The two of them run out of the kitchen.] 

Why Are You Here?

"Why do you think you're here, Takuya? Answer me! I want to know why you're here." -Koji
"Well, you know, we're here to save the world." -Takuya
"You say that like you don't know what it means. What's at stake. This isn't just some video game you can walk away from if things don't work out." -Koji
"I'm not stupid, you know. I know that." -Takuya
"Sometimes I really don't think you do. There's no second chance for us, get it? If we mess up here, it's over." -Koji
"Yeah... I- I know." -Takuya
"Then how can you stake our lives on some plan that you only assume is going to work? We don't know anything about this guy." -Koji
"So w-what?! We'll all be safe if we run away?!" -Takuya
"Argh! I didn't say that!" -Koji
"Then what are you saying!" -Takuya
"Listen, Takuya, you weren't there when I crossed sword with him, okay? I doubt that he was using even half his strength against me. That whole fight all he was doing was playing with us." -Koji
"Yeah, okay, maybe, but we're the good guys! There must be a way to win!" -Takuya
"He's too strong!" -Koji
"I know he's strong, but every time we've run into someone more powerful than us, we worked together and everything has turned our fine! I really believe that if we just attack as one, we can't loose!" -Takuya
"Ugh! Takuya, open your eyes!" -Koji
"Open your own eyes. We're more powerful together than you think!" -Takuya
"You just don't get it, do you? Tell me something. It's obvious you don't care about yourself, but can you promise me the others won't get hurt? Because if you can't, then you better just go home now, because I won't risk their lives." -Koji

Prophecy
From: It Can't Be?! Lucemon Reappears!

"Look! This is where the Holy Mountains once proudly stood! Our great protectors have fallen to the evil that struggles to return. Listen. The Digital World is crying out for your help. Follow me." -Baronmon
"Follow you where?" -Takuya
"You see before you the Digital World's Tunnel of History." -Baronmon
"Tunnel of... history?" -Takuya
"Yes. This place holds the entire recorded history of our world." -Baronmon
"Ooo..." -Neemon
"At the start, our world began from ten spirits, and ten different types of data. There are human and beast type spirits." -Baronmon
"Yes, yes, yes! That much we know!" -Bokomon
"There is more. The ten Ancient Legendary Spirits banded together to defeat Lucemon and then sealed him in a world of nothingness: The Dark Area." -Baronmon
"All of us have heard this history lesson before!" -Bokomon
"Be quiet and listen! Behold and learn...Lucemon's demise led to this. The warriors freed the spirits... all ten were released in our world. The spirits needed to be protected, so they were entrusted to the three Celestial Digimon who had chosen to rule." -Baronmon
"Huh? Oh..." -Everyone
"Five were given over to Cherubimon, two were placed in the care of Seraphimon, and the other three to Ophanimon. And the warriors fell to sleep. And it was wonderful. You see, the next period of time was characterized by a long and lasting peace... that existed throughout the entire digital world, but Lucemon was waiting, biding his time, knowing the day would come when he would be revived..." -Baronmon
"Waiting patiently for his chance... Then one day, an opportunity arose. He projected his aura into one of the Celestial Digimon. Cherubimon was a victim of evil. His heart was drowned in darkness. After that, Lucemon used Cherubimon to collect the Digital World's data for him. The result is the ravished world you see before you. Eaten away by the treachery of Lucemon. When you vanquished Cherubimon, the massive amount of data he gathered was released and absorbed by Lucemon." -Baronmon
"Hey wait! So Cherubimon didn't really know anything! " -Koichi
"It was Lucemon! But he acted through Cherubimon!" -Koji
"All of this brings us to the present. Bear witness to the deplorable condition of the Digital World!" -Baronmon
"Who is that?" -Takuya
"*gasps* Whoa!" -Tommy
*gasps* -J.P.
"They're sucking up the fractal code!" -Koji
*gasps* -Patamon
"The mountains! Are disappearing!" -Zoe
"All right, so tell us! Who are they?!" Takuya
"I don't know. I'd say... now that Cherubimon is gone, these are the other underlings that have been sent to collect the Digital World's data. Now you understand what is happening. Lucemon will use any means to achieve his goal. If they succeed, Lucemon will be revived!! That is... my prophecy." -Baronmon
"You mean...?" -Takuya
"The entire Digital World will be--destroyed." -Baronmon
"The end? It can't be!" -Takuya

Final Victory Will Be Ours

"What will you do?" -Salamon
"Uh...what d'you mean?" -Takuya
"Are you gonna stand up to them? Or will you run?" -Salamon

"The game to determine your future has begun." -Ophanimon (D-Tector)
"Yeah! Boy have I been in the game! It became a more serious game when I found out who I really was. Finding out you're not just a kid, but a Digimon, gave me all kinds of feelings. Feelings of power and responsibility-- but most of all it gave me the sense that what I did really could affect things. At first it was kinda fun, I mean, it was really exciting to be exploring the Digital World, discovering the Forest Terminal-- it was like a big puzzle, trying to decide which way to go! But as we made our way through the Dark Continent to the Rose Morning Star, we experienced more challenges. As I look back on our quest, I realize we've shared so many adventures... many of my memories are... bittersweet. And some are down-right painful. Seeing so many creatures that were getting destroyed changed the way I think about evil. Evil can confuse you, when you're staring at it straight in the face."

"You hope the face of evil can change itself, but it won't unless you force it to change."

"As much as evil has tried to get the best of us, we have never stopped trying. Many times we've had chances to leave the Digital World. We could have gone back to our safe, warm homes and our loving families, but we always chose to stay. To try to change things. Because evil and all it's forms must be stopped!"

"We've always tried to stop evil from running wild. I've faced this decision before, but I've always returned to fight for what's right."

"And as we watched our friends head back to earth, there was a part of us that wished we were going with them. But there's a reason we're still here! We can make a difference. After everything we've seen and all the things we've been through, we're not about to let evil have the final victory!" -Takuya

"Thank you. All of you. Without your help we would have been lost." -Agunimon
"Back at you. If not for you we'd be gone a bunch of times." -Takuya
"Maybe. But we would be powerless without you." -Agunimon
"You helped us--" -Tommy
"More than we helped you." -J.P. 
"That's for sure." -Koji
"Contento!" -Kazemon
"Hold on a second here. You speak Italian?" -Zoe
"Of course, because you do and you're a part of her now." -J.P.
"So what did she say, Zoe?" -Tommy
"I said that I'm happy." -Kazemon
"I am too." -Zoe
"The whole world is." -Takuya
[The D-Tectors glow and release all the data stored inside.] 
"Huh? The data! It's returning!" -Zoe
"It's going home. The Digital World needs it now. It'll be better now." -Agunimon
"Oh!" -Tommy
"Oh!" -J.P.
"Because of everything you've done, our world is being reborn. You've given us all a second chance." -Agunimon
[The Digital World appears good as new.] 
"They did it! We finally have a home to go home to." -Bokomon
"We did it." -Koji
"And we actually did it right this time." -Zoe
"I never had a doubt we'd win." -Takuya
"Give me a break." -Tommy
"So, it's over?" -J.P.
"Yes, it's over. The Digital World is put to right once again. Actually, even better than it was before. It will thrive again now that it is free again. Well, at least for now." -Agunimon
"Then it's up to you. Now don't go messing it up, buddy." -Takuya
"No we won't. Huh?" -Agunimon
"Hurry!" -Kazemon
"Huh?" -Zoe
[The Digimon grab the children's hands and throw/toss them into a wormhole.] 
"You have to go." -Agunimon
"Huh?!" -All
"The wormhole that Lucemon opened to the Real World is closing. You must make it through before it collapses." -Agunimon
"But wait! This is a horrible way to say good-bye! Will we ever see you again?" -Zoe
"That is not for me to say. If we are fated to meet again, we will." -Agunimon
*cry* -Patamon, Salamon, Neemon, & Lopmon
"Oh, they have to hurry and leave. Wait!! Hurry and leave?! We didn't even get a chance to say good-bye!" -Bokomon
[Bokomon runs after them.] 
"Oh! Wait! I'm going with you!" -Bokomon
[Neemon grabs onto Bokomon's waistband, trying to hold him back, with the help of Patamon, Salamon, and Lopmon.] 
"Bokomon, no! You said that Digimon can't survive in the Real World! Besides, you can't leave me!" -Neemon
"I don't care! I want to go!" -Bokomon
"Fine then! But if you leave, who will snap my waistband?" -Neemon
[Bokomon stops running.] 
"No, don't go! Come back! Fear not! I'll write it all down so we'll never forget what you did. I'll make sure everyone knows the legend about the humans who saved the Digital World! And became the best friends a Digimon could ever hope for!" -Bokomon
[The wormhole closes.] 
"I can't believe we're going home." -Takuya
"Home." -Koji
"Home." -Zoe
"Home." -Tommy
"Home." -J.P.
[Koji's D-Tector beeps as an image of Lowemon appears on the screen.] 
"Koji, listen to me. Koichi is still alive." -Lowemon
"What? Are you sure?" -Koji
"The bond between us is strong. Even though we've been separated, I can sense he's still alive. Go, Koji. Hurry!" -Lowemon
"He's alive. Koichi's still alive!" -Koji
"Yeah!" -All
"The occurrence was apparently caused by an electrical discharge. When asked why an electrical discharge looked like a giant dragon, a city spokesman said 'That's what discharges do.'" -News Reporter
[The elevator doors open and the kids step out. The clock reads ten past six.] 
"Is this? It is. It's Shibuya Station. And it's the same time and day as we left. Everything is exactly the same." -Takuya
[Flashback to when Koichi tried to catch the elevator.] 
"Come on, this way." -Takuya 
[They run down the stairs and come to the place where Koichi fell, only Koichi is not there. A couple people and two cops stand there.] 
"Oh, no. Koichi." -Takuya
"Too late. We're too late! My brother!" -Koji
"Huh?" -Policeman
"My brother. Is he-- Where is he?" -Koji
[In an emergency room at the hospital, Koichi lies motionless on a bed with a breathing mask over his mouth and nose.] 
"We're not getting a rhythm, doctor." -Nurse
"All right, Charge to twenty." -Doctor
"Charging." -Nurse
"Clear!" -Doctor
"Nothing. Still no change, doctor." -Nurse
"Come on, kid. Fight." -Doctor
"Koichi!" -Koji
[The kids run through the hospital and burst into the emergency room. Koji goes straight to the bed.] 
"Koichi. Koichi, wake up. Koichi. You have to come back. I'm here now. It's okay. It's okay. Please." -Koji
[A tear falls from Koji's eye onto Koichi who wakes up.] 
"Koichi." -Koji
"Koji. I didn't think I'd see you again. But you're here." -Koichi
"What's happening? It's a miracle!" -Takuya
[The others run to the bed as the D-Tectors all change back to cellphones.] 
"Everything's going to be okay now." -Koji
"Okay nothing. Are you kidding me? It's going to be superly-awesomely great! Can you believe I actually can't wait to see my family? Even my little brother." -Takuya
[At Takuya's house.] 
"Oh, stop spitting and blow out the candles." -Mrs. Kanbara (to Shinya)
[Zoe's in her cooking class.] 
"I always had trouble making friends. But now I know I'm going to have loads of them. Now I know that real friends look like. Thanks to you guys. *laughs*" -Zoe
[J.P. is walking home with some friends, under one of their umbrellas.] 
"Hey, quit copying me! Oh, well I'm going to have a bunch of friends too. Mostly because you guys taught me the importance of caring about other people." -J.P.
[Koji hands his step-mom the flowers he bought.] 
"I don't feel alone and angry anymore. Koichi, my friends, and my family. There's just too much good in my life now to stay mad." -Koji
"Oh, Koji. Thank you." -Mrs. Minamoto
[Koichi reunites Koji and their mom.] 
"Now I'm happy, I'm going to help mom be happy. And I'm going to start be making us a family again." -Koichi 
"Mom." -Koji
"I'd thought I'd never see you again." -Mrs. Kimura
[Tommy plays soccer with Katsuharu and the other ex-bullies.] 
"I am not going to cry again! Oh, unless I stub my toe or something. But I'm going to cry all the time, 'cause I'm not afraid anymore. *laughs*" -Tommy
"Even if I spend time with my family." -Takuya
"Or other friends." -Zoe & J.P.
"Or our family." -Koji & Koichi
"Or standing around not crying." -Tommy
"I'll be best friends with you guys!" -Takuya
"Forever!" -All
