Day 5

With today being my last day in Laughlin I had a quick in room breakfast. I took it easy in the room just chillin'.
I went for my morning walk hitting penny games along the way as usual. Had a few really nice hits and ran.
While I was over at the Edgewater I decided to grab lunch at Capriotti's. I'm so sick of the bullshit food situation here at the Aquarius I actually paid for food.
I came back to the Aquarius and took a short break up in the room before going back to the casino.
As always I swiped my card at the kiosk and today's multiplier was 4x for slots and 3x for video poker. I also got another 7,500 points that replaced the Cove/Duet vouchers.
Next up was video poker. Another nightmare session. Few quads, few trips, and lots of getting low paired and even worse, high carded. Dropped another pile of cash and only got 14k in action.
I decided to take a walk up and down the river walk for a break from the video poker. Amazingly, I won more on slots the last few days than I did on video poker.
For dinner I went to Outback and they said it would be a 90 minute wait. Are you fucking kidding me? 90 minutes at 8:30pm? Fuck you. I opted for shitty McDonald's and got a quarter pounder with cheese. Probably the most expensive quarter pounder I've ever had at $6.69. I am not a happy camper that I am spending money for meals because every fucking restaurant in this place that is covered under comps is closed. My host will be getting an earful tomorrow when she gets back from vacation.
I played another round of video poker and cashed in $400 worth of points to fund the situation. I opted for quarter triple play. Things were OK but similar to earlier. Lots of low pairs and high cards. I turned the $400 free play into $414 cash. I didn't think this was very good considering I hit not one but TWO king high straight flushes. OK, fair enough, I held the 9 on the second one.
I came up to the room and packed up most of my things and got ready for the move to Las Vegas tomorrow, watched some TV and then went to sleep.
