Day 6

NOTE: Originally after I wrote today's report my computer crashed. I've rewritten it based on memory but didn't have any notes from the day to go by. With that said here's the shortened version of what happened.

We were up early again today. We had breakfast at the Market Street Cafe and got in some video poker action.

When we were done playing we headed to the Strip with a detour to drop off our laundry. We had plans today to play at Cosmopolitan. I signed up for a player's card and sought out the 100 play machines. The main goal here today was to play enough to start getting some good mail offers. Things didn't work out well here as we dropped a load of cash and got just under 8k in action. I was hoping to get 3-4 times that much play for what we dropped but it wasn't to happen.

We went over to Planet Hollywood and I got my free play at the cage and we sought out for something to play. I chose a 7/5 bonus build a wheel machine and ran the free play though and a few bills as well. I wasn't doing that well until I finally filled the wheel and got to spin it. I scored enough to cover everything I dropped into the machine and to squeak out a tiny profit.

For dinner we went to Planet Dailies. Long before Caesars bought this place I used to play here at Planet Hollywood and this was one of our favorite restaurants. Dee had a spaghetti special and ordered a milkshake that ran $8. I'm sorry but milkshake and$8 should never be used in the same sentence. I had a Hawaiian rib eye that had a teriyaki glaze on it. It came with rice and vegetables and was full of flavor. I also ordered a small side of macaroni and cheese since I think theirs is one of the best out there. I had the $25 room credit so charged the meal to the room. I would use reward credits to pay for the difference at check out.

After dinner we took a break in the room and watched some football and napped! After the much needed rest I ran downstairs and checked out of the room and had them apply reward credits to the balance.

I ran back up to get Dee and we took the walk back over to Cosmopolitan to get the car and head back to Main Street Station.

We played a bit more and when we were done playing I went to the slot club and cashed in $500 worth of points.
