The Mets totally destroyed the Phillies with a 5 run inning and a 4 run inning. Led by Zack Wheeler's quality start and home runs by Daniel Murphy and Lucas Duda, a rare offensive outburst by the Mets.
I missed this day game. Not only did I have to work but then my wife and I had tickets to see the rock band STYX at a local venue. I did not have time to watch after the show so chalk this one up as a rare missed win. But STYX was a pretty good show.
