Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Sarah Bridenbaugh started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. LaKeena Parks, 5-8 Sr. Lexus Edwards, 6-2 Jr. Brooke Todd, 5-4 Sr. Jordin Fender, and 5-4 Jr. Shakeema Jackson.  Frankfort coach Deron Norman countered with 5-8 Sr. Cailyn Jouett, 5-8 Sr. Shanae Brown, 5-6 Sr. Kiana Russell, 5-4 Sr. Jasmine Washington, and 5-8 Sr. Shauntae Brown.

Dunbar held a 60-30 advantage on the boards in a 73-55 victory over Frankfort.  Dunbar led 36-30 at halftime but pulled away in the second half for the victory.  Dunbar shot 43.9% from the field including three of six from the three point line.  The Lady bulldogs connected on 20 of 28 free throws, pulled down 60 rebounds, and scored five points off six Frankfort turnovers.  Frankfort shot 31.4% from the field including six of 26 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Panthers connected on five of 13 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored nine points off 17 Dunbar turnovers.

Brooke Todd led Dunbar with 19 points, 17 rebounds, and four blocked shots.  LaKeena Parks added 19 points and 15 rebounds.  Shakeema Jackson chipped in with 11 points, seven rebounds, and three steals.  5-4 Sr. Kierra Muhammad recorded nine points.  Jordin Fender added eight points, five rebounds, and four assists.  Lexus Edwards chipped in with seven points, six rebounds, and four assists.

Shauntae Brown led Frankfort with 18 points, six rebounds, and six assists.  Shanae Brown added 12 points, nine rebounds, and five steals.  6-0 Fr. Brianna Burbridge and Kiana Russell chipped in with eight and seven points respectively.

Scott County coach Steve Helton started the following lineup: 6-0 Jr. Tereka Guyn, 5-8 Fr. Bailey Hawkins, 6-0 Jr. Iman Guy, 5-6 Jr. Danielle DeFoor, and 5-8 Sr. Laura Szorenyi.  Madison Central coach Robert Cooksey countered with 6-2 Sr. Ashton Feldhaus, 5-8 Sr. Heather Hinkle, 6-2 Jr. Shadae Bosley, 5-5 Jr. Bailey O’Bryan, and 5-5 Sr. Larryn Brooks.

Madison Central trailed 28-26 at halftime but rallied for a 58-56 victory over Scott County.  This was an excellent effort for a Scott County squad that has been decimated by injuries this season.  Madison Central won the game at the free throw line as they held a 25-8 advantage in free throw points as Scott County was forced to foul late to regain the ball.  Madison Central shot 31% from the field including seven of 18 from the three point line.  The Indians connected on 25 of 39 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 10 Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 31.8% from the field including six of 20 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cardinals connected on eight of 12 free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored three points off nine Madison Central turnovers.  Scott County attempted 24 more shots (66-42) from the field than Madison Central.

Ashton Feldhaus led Madison Central with 26 points including four three point baskets and pulled down 13 rebounds.  Larryn Brooks added 23 points including three three point baskets and 12 of 16 free throws and three assists.  Shadae Bosley recorded six points, 12 rebounds, and four blocked shots.

Tereka Guyn led Scott County with 23 points and 11 rebounds.  Laura Szorenyi added 22 points including three three point baskets.  Danielle DeFoor recorded eight points, 10 rebounds, and four assists.  Iman Guy pulled down 10 rebounds.

Ryan Schneider, 6-3 Jr. Chris Roberts, 5-11 Jr. Rylan Rowe, and 6-0 Jr. Lorenzo McCaskell.  Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus countered with 6-4 Sr. Quan Taylor, 6-1 Sr. Daniel Parke, 6-3 Sr. Hunter Stocker, 6-1 Sr. Ken-Jah Bosley, and 6-1 Sr. Dominique Hawkins.

Madison Central scored 40 points off 30 Franklin County turnovers in an 85-49 victory.  Madison Central shot 49.3% from the field including five of 20 from the three point line.  The Indians connected on 14 of 35 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and held a 23-4 advantage in bench scoring.  Franklin County shot 32.7% from the field including six of 19 from beyond the arc.  The Flyers connected on seven of 17 free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored seven points off 14 Madison Central turnovers.

Dominique Hawkins led Madison Central with 21 points, six rebounds, and four assists.  Ken-Jah Bosley added 19 points including three three point baskets, six rebounds, four assists, and three steals.  Quan Taylor chipped in with 17 points including some spectacular dunks.  6-3 So. Sam Jones recorded 12 points and five rebounds.  Daniel Parke recorded six assists and six steals.

Rylan Rowe led Franklin County with 21 points including five three point baskets.  Lorenzo McCaskell added 15 points, six rebounds, and three assists.  Chris Roberts chipped in with six points and 11 rebounds.

Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-6 Jr. Trey Grundy, 6-4 Jr. Jordan Green, 6-5 Sr. Darien Tichenor, 6-1 Jr. Christen Cunningham, and 6-2 So. Jeremiah Tisdale.  Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Scott Chalk countered with 6-5 Sr. E.J. Floreal, 6-2 Sr. William Gary, 6-7 Sr. Taylor King, 6-1 Jr. Donnie Lewis, and 5-10 Sr. Mike Smith.

Henry Clay captured a 63-55 double overtime victory over Paul Laurence Dunbar.  Dunbar led 37-30 in the third quarter but Henry Clay rallied to take a 44-41 lead late in regulation but Dunbar tied the game at 44-44 to force overtime.  Dunbar took a 49-45 lead in the first overtime period but Henry Clay rallied to tie the score at 49-49 and force a second overtime.  6-0 Jr. Teddy Ware nailed a three point basket to give Henry Clay a 52-49 lead and Henry Clay hit their free throws to earn the victory.  Christen Cunningham was six of six free throws down the stretch.

Henry Clay shot 44.9% from the field including three of eight from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 16 of 23 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 12 Dunbar turnovers.  Trey Grundy and Jordan Green scored on several crowd pleasing dunks tonight.  Dunbar shot 37.5% from the field including three of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Bulldogs connected on 10  of 20 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored eight points off 16 Henry Clay turnovers.

Jordan Green led Henry Clay with 24 points and seven rebounds.  Trey Grundy added 19 points and 12 rebounds.  Christen Cunningham recorded nine points, five rebounds, and nine assists.  Darien Tichenor pulled down 11 rebounds.

William Gary led Dunbar with 17 points including two three point baskets.  Mike Smith added nine points, seven rebounds, six assists, and four steals.  6-5 Sr. Eric Trigg also scored nine points.  Taylor King chipped in with eight points and Donnie Lewis recorded seven points, six rebounds, and three assists.

Lincoln County coach Jeff Jackson started the following lineup: 6-3 So. Jacob Conway, 6-2 So. B.J. Hoover, 6-3 Sr. Luke Hill, 5-9 So. Timmy Taylor, and 6-1 So. Brandon Pittman.  West Jessamine coach Damon Kelley countered with 6-3 Jr. Tanner Richards, 6-2 Sr. Robby Irgang, 6-4 Sr. Chase Fain, 6-0 Jr. Will Henderson, and 6-3 Jr. Daulton Peters.

West Jessamine defeated Lincoln County by  a score of 79-69.  There were eight lead changes and there were four ties in the game.  West Jessamine led 65-42 in the final quarter but Lincoln County rallied to finish the game on a 27-14 run to cut the margin to 10 points.  West Jessamine shot 54.2% from the field including four of nine from the three point line. West Jessamine shot 61.5% from the field in the second half. The Colts connected on 23 of 32 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 11 Lincoln County turnovers.  Lincoln County shot 36.5% from the field including eight of 27 from beyond the arc.  The Patriots connected on 15 of 20 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 13 West Jessamine turnovers.  Lincoln County attempted 15 more shots (63-48) from the field than West Jessamine.

Chase Fain led West Jessamine with 26 points, nine rebounds, and four assists.  Fain was 10 of 14 from the field including zero of two from beyond the arc, and six of eight from the free throw line.  Daulton Peters added 19 points including three three point baskets, 10 rebounds, and five assists.  Will Henderson chipped in with 11 points and six assists.

B.J. Hoover led Lincoln County with 18 points including four three point baskets.  Timmy Taylor also scored 18 points including nine of 10 free throws and dished out 14 assists.  Luke Hill chipped in with 14 points and 12 rebounds.

Damien Harris, and 5-11 Sr. Mike Rothermel.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-2 Sr. Jalen Haddix, 6-1 Sr. Deonte Doss, 6-3 Jr. Dylan Portwood, 6-0 Sr. Quinn Richardson, and 6-2 Jr. Trent Gilbert.

Scott County defeated Madison Southern by a score of 68-47.  Scott County led 41-30 at halftime but Madison Southern went ice cold (3-31) from the field in the second half.  Scott County shot 47.5% from the field including seven of 14 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on five of eight free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 16 Madison Southern turnovers.  Madison Southern shot 27.3% from the field including three of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on 14 of 23 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 15 Scott County turnovers.

Trent Gilbert led Scott County with 18 points including four three point baskets, four rebounds, and four assists.  Quinn Richardson added 15 points, four rebounds, 10 assists, and three steals.  Jalen Haddix chipped in with 12 points and 11 rebounds.  6-9 Sr. Jordan Tribble recorded six points, nine rebounds, and three blocked shots.

Tyler Abshear led Madison Southern with 22 points including two three point baskets.  Mike Rothermel added nine points.  Drew Taylor chipped in with eight points and seven rebounds.  Damien Harris pulled down eight rebounds.

Lexington Catholic defeated Woodford County by a score of 63-53.  Lexington Catholic came out hot in the first half shooting 59.1% from the field including five of nine from beyond the arc to take a 31-12 halftime lead.  Woodford County rallied in the second half but could never overtake Lexington Catholic.  Lexington Catholic shot 53.7% from the field including five of 11 from the three point line.  The Knights connected on 14 of 23 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 13 Woodford County turnovers.  Woodford County shot 38.3% from the field including two of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Yellow Jackets connected on 15 of 17 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 13 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Jack Whitman led Lexington Catholic with 17 points and seven rebounds.  Michael Talbott added 13 points and four assists.  Jarod Griffin also recorded 13 points including three three point baskets.  Reese Ryan chipped in with 10 points and six rebounds.

Eli Boggess led Woodford County with 16 points.  Jalen Raglin added 11 points and nine rebounds.  5-10 Sr. Kyle Howell chipped in with eight points.

Madison Southern trailed 33-30 at halftime but rallied to defeat Model by a score of 68-63.  The score was tied four times and there were nine lead changes in the game.  Madison Southern shot 42.3% from the field including four of 13 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 20 of 32 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 16 Model turnovers.  Model shot 45.8% from the field including six of 19 from beyond the arc.  The Patriots connected on 13 of 20 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 14 Madison Southern turnovers.

Tyler Abshear led Madison Southern with 21 points, five rebounds, and three assists.  Mike Rothermel added 11 points and six rebounds.  Drew Taylor also recorded 11 points.  5-10 Sr. Marlin Taylor recorded five points, eight rebounds, three assists, and four steals.

Anthony Gerald led Model with 22 points including four three point baskets and six assists.  Jon Ballard added 15 points and nine rebounds.  A.J. Hammons also scored 15 points.  6-3 Jr. Zack Rice-Gordon recorded five points, six rebounds, and three steals.
