Tates Creek coach Michael Allen started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Landon Porter, 6-2 Jr. Decotah Fay, 6-4 Jr. Isaiah Patterson, 6-0 Fr. Isaiah Allen, and 6-0 So. Eric Boone.  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-3 Sr. Leander Ridgeway, 6-3 So. Justin Mitchell, 6-5 Sr. Jordan Houston, 5-9 Sr. Jaquise Simpson, and 6-1 Sr. Isaiah Tisdale.

Henry Clay defeated Tates Creek by a score of 89-61.  Henry Clay shot 46.5% from the field including three of 16 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 20 of 25 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 13 Tates Creek turnovers.  Tates Creek shot 45.3% from the field including six of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Commodores connected on seven of 12 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored seven points off five Henry Clay turnovers.

Isaiah Tisdale led Henry Clay with 28 points and seven rebounds.  Leander Ridgeway added 11 points.  Jordan Houston and 6-4 So. Andreus Green each scored 10 points.  Justin Mitchell recorded seven points and nine rebounds.

Eric Boone led Tates Creek with 16 points and three assists.  Isaiah Allen added 14 points.  Isaiah Patterson recorded eight points and eight rebounds.
