Christian Academy of Louisville coach Perry White Sr. started the following lineup: 5-7 8th Grade Shelby Calhoun, 5-6 Jr. Summer Conti, 5-9 Sr. Emma Bowman, 5-6 Jr. Emma Wesley, and 5-7 Sr. Camryn White. Lexington Catholic coach Scott True countered with 5-7 Sr. Caroline Osbourn, 5-9 Sr. Sarah Bonn, 5-9 Jr. Laken Pinkerman, 5-6 So. Maya Jazdzewski, and 5-7 Fr. Jay Ballard.
Christian Academy of Louisville scored 27 points off 29 Lexington Catholic turnovers in a 71-42 victory over the Lady Knights. CAL shot 51.9% from the field including four of 13 from the three point line. The Lady Centurions connected on 13 of 22 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and the defense recorded 25 steals. Lexington Catholic shot 32.6% from the field including three of 13 from beyond the arc. The Lady Knights connected on 11 of 19 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored five points off 15 CAL turnovers.
Emma Wesley led CAL with 28 points, five rebounds, and six steals. Shelby Calhoun added 12 points, five assists, and six steals. 5-9 Fr. Casey Jane Mann recorded 10 points and five rebounds. Summer Conti recorded nine steals.
Sarah Bonn led Lexington Catholic with 12 points and six rebounds. Caroline Osbourn added 11 points. Jay Ballard recorded nine points on three three point baskets and seven rebounds.
