Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Leander Ridgeway, 6-1 Sr. Jordan Jones, 6-5 Sr. Jordan Houston, 5-8 Sr. Jaquise Simpson, and 6-1 Sr. Isaiah Tisdale.  Eastern coach David Henley countered with 6-0 Sr. Kobey Jones, 6-0 Jr. Javen Rushin, 6-5 Jr. Chance Moore, 5-10 Jr. Sugar Ray Wyche, and 5-10 Jr. Braxton Johnson.

 

Henry Clay defeated Eastern by a score of 82-77.  Henry Clay shot 42.4% from the field including five of 14 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 27 of 32 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored nine points off 10 Eastern turnovers.  Eastern shot 53.2% from the field including eight of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on 19 of 29 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 10 points off eight Henry Clay turnovers.

 

Isaiah Tisdale led Henry Clay with 21 points, eight rebounds, and five assists.  Jordan Houston added 18 points and 10 rebounds.  Leander Ridgeway recorded 15 points.  6-0 Sr. Krizell Mitchell also scored 10 points.

 

6-4 Jr. Caleb Williams led Eastern with 16 points and six rebounds.  Kobey Jones and Javen Rushin each recorded 13 points.  Chance Moore added 11 points.
