Sayre coach Rob Goodman started the following lineup: 6-4 Sr. Henry Wolf, 6-3 Sr. Martin Durmov, 6-6 Jr. Quinn Pergande, 6-0 So. Alex Webb, and 6-2 Sr. Justin Sanders.  Boone County coach Greg McQueary countered with 6-2 Sr. Stephen Nash, 6-2 Jr. Brenden Stanley, 6-3 Sr. Barry Ordu, 5-11 Jr. Brett Mayberry, and 6-0 Sr. Hunter Hixenbaugh.

Boone County defeated Sayre by a score of 70-44.  Boone County shot 54.3% from the field including eight of 14 from the three point line.  The Rebels connected on 12 of 21 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 15 Sayre turnovers.  Sayre shot 38.2% from the field including six of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Spartans connected on 12 of 19 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored two points off six Boone County turnovers.

Stephen Nash led Boone County with 22 points including five three point baskets.  Brenden Stanley added 16 points, six rebounds, and five steals.

Martin Durmov led Sayre with 17 points and 12 rebounds.  Justin Sanders added 15 points including two three point baskets.
