Scott County coach Steve Helton started the following lineup: 6-0 Jr. Tereka Guyn, 5-7 8th grade Lauren Boehm, 6-0 Jr. Iman Guy, 5-6 Jr. Rachel Young, and 5-8 Sr. Laura Szorenyi.  Bryan Station coach Donna Murphy countered with 5-10 Jr. Victoria McCoy, 5-9 Jr. Lakeysha Stennis, 6-1 Sr. Hallie Crumbie, 5-8 Sr. DeShante Clay, and 5-8 Sr. Serena Sandusky.

Bryan Station defeated an injury plagued Scott County team by a score of 69-51.  Scott County’s point guard Audriana Christopher is out for the season with an ACL injury and Danielle DeFoor also missed tonight’s game. Bryan Station shot 31.5% from the field including four of 16 from the three point line.  The Lady Defenders connected on 19 of 27 free throws, pulled down 50 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 17 Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 46.7% from the field including three of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cardinals connected on only six of 22 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored six points off seven Bryan Station turnovers.  Scott County attempted 28 less shots (73-45) from the field than Bryan Station.

Serena Sandusky led Bryan Station with 24 points and four steals.  Victoria McCoy added 15 points, nine rebounds, and four steals.  Lakeysha Stennis chipped in with nine points and Hallie Crumbie recorded eight points and seven rebounds.

Tereka Guyn led Scott County with 13 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocked shots.  5-6 Sr. Tamara Ray added 10 points including two three point baskets.  Iman Guy recorded eight points and six rebounds.  Laura Szorenyi added seven points and nine rebounds.
