Windermere Prep (FL) coach Ben Wilson started the following lineup: 6-2 So. Michael Stone, 6-0 Sr. Xavier Burrow, 6-5 Sr. Antonio Nunez, 5-10 So. Matt Hein, and 6-0 Sr. Barry Babbit.  Lexington Christian Academy coach Brad Carter countered with 6-5 So. Matt Rose, 6-2 Sr. Taylor Blair, 6-4 Sr. Jon Lannertone, 5-9 So. Drew Schacht, and 5-10 Sr. Tyler Harville.

Windermere Prep defeated Lexington Christian Academy by a score of 73-53.  Windermere Prep shot 49.1% from the field including nine of 21 from the three point line.  The Lakers connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 22 LCA turnovers.  LCA shot 36.7% from the field including eight of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on nine of 14 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 10 Windermere Prep turnovers.

Barry Babbit led Windermere Prep with 16 points including four three point baskets, nine assists, and three steals.  Xavier Burrow added 13 points and six rebounds.  Matt Hein chipped in with 11 points including three three point baskets.  6-0 Fr. Parker Davis recorded 11 points and six rebounds.

Matt Rose led LCA with 19 points and nine rebounds.  Tyler Harville added 17 points including five three point baskets.

Lafayette defeated Eastern by a score of 72-59.  Lafayette shot 55.8% from the field including two of eight from the three point line.  The Generals connected on 12 of 20 free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 13 Eastern turnovers.  Eastern shot 37.5% from the field including two of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on nine of 17 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 29 points off 25 Lafayette turnovers.

Jackson Davis led Lafayette with 25 points and 12 rebounds.  Davis was 12 of 16 from the field and one of three from the free throw line.  Charles Sweat-Washington added 15 points and seven rebounds.  Nick Trisko recorded nine points and 10 rebounds.

6-2 Sr. Jordan Brangers led Eastern with 17 points and three steals.  6-3 Sr. Jocari Beattie added 15 points.  Chris Renfroe recorded 12 points, 10 rebounds, and three steals.

Jackson Davis led Lafayette with 21 points, 15 rebounds, and four steals.  Nick Trisko added 12 points including two three point baskets.  6-6 Sr. Charles Sweat-Washington recorded 11 points, eight rebounds, and three steals.

Taylor Blair led LCA with 11 points.  Jon Lannertone added 10 points and six rebounds.  Tyler Harville also scored 10 points.  Matt Rose recorded nine points and five rebounds.

Windermere Prep outscored West Jessamine 19-13 in the final quarter to earn a 62-57 victory.  Windermere Prep shot 42.6% from the field including six of 24 from the three point line.  The Lakers connected on 10 of 19 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 21 West Jessamine turnovers.  West Jessamine shot 40.4% from the field including two of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Colts connected on nine of 16 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 14 points off Windermere Prep turnovers.

Antonio Nunez led a balanced Windermere Prep scoring attack with 12 points on six of six from the field.  Barry Babbit added 10 points and five steals.  6-6 Sr. Brian Bennett also scored 10 points.  Michael Stone recorded eight points, six rebounds, and five assists.

Chase Fain led West Jessamine with 17 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists.  Daulton Peters added 15 points and 10 rebounds.  Robby Irgang recorded 14 points, seven rebounds, and three steals.

Lafayette defeated a cold shooting Lexington Catholic team by a score of 41-29.  Lafayette shot 36.2% from the field including six of 13 from the three point line.  The Lady Generals connected on one of two free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 13 Lexington Catholic turnovers.  Lafayette held an 18-0 advantage in three point points and a 15-5 advantage in second chance points.  Lexington Catholic shot 17.9% from the field including zero of six from beyond the arc.  The Lady Knights connected on 15 of 18 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored nine points off 13 Lafayette turnovers.

Ken’yale Demus led Lafayette with 17 points including five three point baskets.  Sarah Cooley added 10 points and 14 rebounds.  Dee Givens chipped in with eight points and six steals.  Ashanti Thomas recorded nine rebounds and five blocked shots.

Octavia Wilson led Lexington Catholic with 18 points including eight of nine free throws and five rebounds.

Miranda Wilson scored on a pass from Holli Disney with less than two seconds on the clock to give Corbin a 57-56 come-from-behind victory over Clay County.  Clay county led 39-34 after three quarters and increased their advantage to 46-37 before Corbin rallied to tie the score at 48-48.  Corbin shot 15 of 38 from 2-pt range and four of 14 from the three point line.  They connected on 15 of 17 free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and had eight turnovers.  Clay County shot 15 of 23 from 2-pt range and five of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Tigers connected on 11 of 14 free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and had 20 turnovers.

6-0 Sr. Holli Disney led a balanced Corbin scoring attack with 16 points.  5-6 Jr. Miranda Wilson added 11 points.  5-5 Fr. Melanie Wilson and 5-7 Jr. Sarah Ashley chipped in with 10 points each.

5-11 Sr. Morgan Chesnut led Clay County with 22 points.  5-11 Sr. Cheyenne Madden and 5-8 Fr. TaLaura Mathis added 12 and nine points respectively.

Assumption dominated in the paint and Mercy was cold from the field and free throw line as Assumption earned a 56-41 road victory.  Assumption shot 34.6% from the field including two of 10 from the three point line.  The Rockets connected on 18 of 31 free throws, pulled down 64 rebounds, and scored two points off nine Mercy turnovers.  Assumption also held an 18-7 advantage in second chance points.  Mercy shot 18.4% from the field including four of 31 from beyond the arc.  The Jaguars connected on 13 of 31 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored three points off 23 Assumption turnovers.

Nora Kiesler led Assumption with 12 points, 19 rebounds, and nine blocked shots.  Kelsey Kaiser added 11 points and 11 rebounds.  Katie Friedrich recorded nine points and 11 rebounds.

Whitney Hartlage led Mercy with 15 points and eight rebounds.  Kayla Richardson and Malerie Martin added nine and eight points respectively.

Clay County defeated Lincoln County 66-63 in a double overtime thriller.  Clay County shot 22 of 38 on 2-pt field goals and two of seven from the three point line.  The Lady Tigers connected on 16 of 26 free throws and pulled down 33 rebounds.  Lincoln County shot 16 of 33 on 2-pt field goals and seven of 15 from the three point line.  The Lady Patriots connected on 10 of 18 free throws and pulled down 15 rebounds.

5-11 Sr. Cheyenne Madden led Clay county with 33 points and 10 rebounds.  5-11 Sr. Morgan Chesnut added 23 points and 16 rebounds.

6-0 Sr. Sydney Harris led Lincoln County with 15 points.  5-8 Sr. Emily Fox and 5-9 Sr. Kourtney Belcher added 14 points each.

Bell County captured a hard fought 71-68 victory over a very determined McCreary Central squad tonight.  Bell county shot 50% from the field including nine of 18 from the three point line.  They connected on 10 of 14 free throws and pulled down 32 rebounds.

6-0 So. Maci Morris led Bell County with 33 points and nine rebounds.  Morris was 12 of 18 from the field including three of five from beyond the arc and six of nine from the free throw line.  5-4 So. Jessica Sanders and 5-8 Fr. Katrina Johnson added 11 and nine points respectively.

5-8 Fr. Kaylee Cotton led McCreary Central with 30 points and 12 rebounds.  Cotton was 12 of 16 from the field including five of five from beyond the arc and one of one from the free throw line.  5-6 Sr. Kisha Gibson added 14 points and 5-8 Sr. Candance Foster recorded 10 points and 13 rebounds.

Whitley County outscored Corbin 27-16 in the second quarter on their way to a 76-67 victory over Corbin.  Corbin rallied and cut the margin to one; 61-60 midway through the final quarter but Whitley County pulled away for the victory. The victory was costly for Whitley County as they lost 5-4 So. Hallie Jones with an ankle injury.  Corbin was plagued by poor free throw shooting as they were only able to connect on nine of 25 from the charity stripe.

Whitley County shot 57.1% from the field including 10 of 21 from the three point line.  They connected on 18 of 25 from the free throw line and pulled down 28 rebounds.  Corbin shot 44.1% from the field including six of 13 from beyond the arc.  They connected on nine of 25 free throws and pulled down 24 rebounds.

5-7 Jr. Brandi Smith led Whitley County with 33 points including 14 of 16 free throws and pulled down seven rebounds.  5-8 Jr. Maria Johnson added 13 points and seven rebounds.  5-4 Sr. Bethany Powers chipped in with 10 points.

5-7 Jr. Kayla Wilson and 5-6 Jr. Miranda Wilson led Corbin with 15 points each.  6-0 Sr. Holli Disney added 11 points and seven rebounds.  5-7 Jr. Sarah Ashley also recorded 11 points.
