The Open
Trackback Alliance III
For Monday

When I first started upon my journey through the blogverse I created a Statement of Purpose
Now upon reading it, one can realize that I did not hold to every detail of that original statement, but from it's basic premise, I have never swayed, in my belief that the Blogs are in fact the Committees of Correspondence of the Second American Revolution.

And that it is a Revolution of Information, no longer can we afford and allow elite gateways to control what we can see, hear and discuss.

One of the most important discoveries I make in those early days was the website of Samantha Burns, which included a unique informal community of bloggers, who not only linked to each other but actually browsed and read the blogs they linked to.

Later I was honored to be allowed to join another more formal blog community. At that time I decided that while I welcomed blogs that wanted to link to me, I was not that interested in simply joining blogrolls to add links. After that I made no more attempts to join any blog alliances. I have been kept busy supporting the linkages I have and at times I feel guilty that I cannot get around to all the websites on my blogroll as I could when it was smaller.

So why do I welcome this recent invitation to join the Open Trackback Alliance? Have I reconsidered my former decision?

No I am posting and joining this Alliance because it is RIGHT for me to do so.

Because it FULFILLS my original Statement of Purpose that the Blogs are indeed the 21st Century Committees of Correspondence, whose duty and honor it is to SHARE information, thoughts, ideas, news and to discuss the same. To diligently search for the truths that lie behind the distortions and half-truths of the Legacy Media.

What the blogs associated with the Samantha Burns site did informally, and without structure, this Alliance only aids and structures. There is in fact no conflict between what I do now, and what I decided to do sometime ago.

For I believe that those bloggers who find their way, here and in particular from the Blogs associated with Sam.

HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY.

Some of us are more Serious, some of us are more lighthearted and some post the common ordinary things that make one smile and recall that Life without the simple things to treasure is meaningless.

And it is important that all have a platform from which to speak.

As I understand this process you can link to this post and trackback to this post on ANY subject or post you think important. It is open. I will repeat this every Monday.

The Committees of Correspondence welcomes your intelligent comments. And also welcomes you to join the

Can Blogging Be Addictive?

Are you Restless, Irritable and Discontent until you check the Trackbacks and Comments on your Blog?

Does losing a Link on Truth Laid Bear or Technorati
send you into a Depression?

Are you thinking about buying a set of Pajamas, because you want to be a Pajamahadeen but have not worn PJs since you were ten years old?

If you answer one of more of the above in the affirmative you may have a problem!

If however Blogging is taking up so much of your spare time that you identify with

State Change. and the Fifth Republic
State Change is a Chaos Theory Model in which a cusp point is reached and a previous gradual change suddenly becomes a rapid and total change of State.

An example would be water at 32 degrees Fahrenheit. At that temperature water can exist either as liquid water or solid ice. ANY withdrawal
of heat from liquid water at 32 degrees will result in rapid and massive crystallization into Ice.

Another example I hope you never encounter is Flash Steaming in a microwave.

a stationary cup of water in a microwave oven can heat past the boiling point without actually boiling. If that happens, placing an object (like a teabag) in the water or jarring the cup could cause the sudden — and explosive — conversion of part of the water to steam.

Few realize that it is possible to super heat water in a microwave. It will still be in liquid form but the SLIGHTEST disturbance in some cases just lifting a cup and jiggling the water can make the entire contents Flash into steam some people have gotten severe facial scalding that way.

So what does all this have with the Fifth Republic and by implication the riots and unrest in France today?

It is not that change in Europe and France in particular came as any great surprise to me. I have been expecting it. In that I am not unique.

Tony Blankley in his article Islamist Threat in France in FrontPageMagazine.com | November 10, 2005
says

When, seven months ago, I finished writing my book, "The West's Last Chance: Will We Win the Clash of Civilizations?" (Regnery Publishing, Washington D.C. September 11, 2005),

London had not been attacked by Islamist terrorists, the Tate Museum in London had not removed an art exhibit because it offended radical Muslim sensitivities and France had not yet experienced the explosion of violence from elements of its Muslim population in its "no-go zone" communities.

The fact that I predicted all those events in my book was not the result of clairvoyance. It was merely the result of a normally intelligent person looking at the facts, and their rather obvious implications, without the blinding effect of a politically correct mentality.

It has been the extreme rapidness of events that took me aback. I allowed myself to be lulled into a false sense of Time. Time that I fear, since the discovery of other factors, does not exist.

It was the fact that the immigrant population of France was no more than 10% that lulled me into a false sense of non-immediate urgency. I knew that the immigrant population was growing at a rate far exceeding the Native population but given the 9 to 1 ratio, I thought the tipping point would not be for at least ONE maybe TWO generations, say 2025 or 2050.

I was mistaken. In his article It?s the demography, stupid Mark Steyn shatters all my illusions.

Was it when he wrote:

When you?ve got estranged demographic groups with 50?60 per cent unemployment and an over-regulated economy that restricts social mobility, lavish welfare is nothing more than government- festering.

???????????

No, in and of itself that is bad but not the worst piece of information.

It was this bit that made me sit up in my chair, come wide awake and locked and riveted my eyes.

Now go back to that bland statistic you hear a lot these days: ?about 10 per cent of France?s population is Muslim?. Give or take a million here, a million there, that?s broadly correct, as far as it goes. But the population spread isn?t even. And when it comes to those living in France aged 20 and under, about 30 per cent are said to be Muslim and in the major urban centres about 45 per cent. If it came down to street-by-street fighting, as Michel Gurfinkiel, the editor of Valeurs Actuelles, points out, ?the combatant ratio in any ethnic war may thus be one to one? ? already, right now, in 2005

So the tipping point may not be a comfortable one to two generations in the future, it may be NOW. Not long ago I wrote somewhere that I fully expected the US to be accepting Jews from Europe under refugee status in the next 5 to 10 years, now I am wondering if we will be doing the same for average Christian and Secular French natives at the same time?

You may accuse me of being alarmist, but recall the rapid and sudden collapse of the Soviet Bloc? It expired in a fashion no one anticipated before the fact, though there have been plenty of articles written since trying to prove that they had previously predicted those events (if you had asked them at the time say in the 80s they would have insisted that was winning and Capitalism was doomed).

There are those who deny any religious factor to the French Riots at all. They will insist the violence has roots totally in financial, and discrimination reasons. They are correct, except for the totally.

We are dealing of course with those who have no conception of motivations, they are alien to their thinking processes so are automatically discarded.

It is true that France has a terrible unemployment problem, that the immigrants due to many different social factors have not been assimilated. It is also true that many do not want to be . They wish their own culture to be unchanged even in a a foreign country and are willing to use violence to force others to accept their culture. Violence upon some Native French in the Cites and violence upon some of their own, usually women to force them to conform to the precepts of their religious laws.

They wish to reintroduce the millet system of the Ottoman Empire, where there were semi-autonomous enclaves, States with in States.

In any event the Revolutionary Swims in the Sea of the Proletariat, and the Sea has to be disturbed, the Proletariat has to have , else the Revolutionary has nothing to
prompt to Rise Up! for, do they?

Happy, Content, Prosperous people do not rise up and Throw Off their Non-Shackles. So it is not the case that these financial and discrimination progenitors of the riots, exclude a component, they are required for there to be effective Religious Revolutionary Movement.

All of this begs one question, when did the Riots really begin? !No Pasaran! in Normale sup' states,

Looks like the normal rate of car burning in France is going to superior to the previous normal rate

One thing painfully apparent is that it was several days almost a week before the violence increased to unusual levels and it has not dropped back to previous levels!

One of the commentators to this post says

this diagram is wrong. ut's been 5 year now that there are between 80 to 100 cars burned in france.
before november there had already been more than 25 000 cars burned. t

thiese informatiosna re very easy to get (INSEE french statistical organisation). so the newsparepr the parisian is deliberately sending a wrong information.
delli | Email | Homepage | 11.18.05 - 1:55 pm | #

Say what? In the last 5 years 25,000 cars torched?
You mean there has been a continual low level riot ongoing for some time?

Another oddity apparent in the carbecue graph, riots usually spark rapidly and then taper off. They do not putter around for almost a week and THEN explode. They do not also, usually include internet, and cell phone communication, nor do they engender facilities for devices.

Those are normally hallmarks of insurrection.

So it would appear to an unbiased outsider that the French Fifth Republic is under attack from without and within. I do not know off hand the answer to the Cultural Assimilation problem. The unemployment problem can only be solved by reversing the processes which created it. To institute the hated Anglo-Saxon Capitalist Social Model in replace of the failed Socialist one.

It will be difficult and require much sacrifice from the French Body Politic and be bitterly opposed by the Ruling Elite and the Trade Unions but I am afraid the only alternatives is to allow things to go on the way they are until the system collapse totally into

A Historical European Fascism if State Change occurs within the next 5 years of so, an Islamic Fascism if things do not explode totally until 10 years or so from now.

I will state this for the record, one of the main sparks for the recent violence seems to have been the Police entering areas they had previously completely abandoned! A State that withdraws the basic Rule of Law from a portion of it's territory, and allows another Culture complete control has already died, it just has not fallen over yet.

France is like a semi on a mountain downcline that has just lost it's brakes, if it is very lucky it will find a runaway ramp and safely coast to a stop.
If unlucky it will continual to accelerate out of control until it dives off a cliff.

There is not much time left. If State Change does occur, will it be the relatively slow crystallization of ice forming or the rapid and deadly flashing of super heated steam?

JUST GOOGLE IT
If you Love Liberty, Cherish Freedom and Honor the sacrifices made so far by of Troops oversees then you will support this drive.

By Bryan Preston ? November 17, 2005 09:41 PM
The response to the Just Google It graphics has been amazing. Many blogs have taken the graphics and posted them on their sites. I actually don't have a straightforward way of keeping track of just how many there are, but I'm sure the number is over 100 now. I've been looking for them via trackbacks here and at the JYB as well as Technorati, but those methods are bound to leave someone out.

I'd like to put up a post that links to every blog that has used the Just Google It graphics. I guess the best way to find all of you is let you find me. If you want to be linked from Michelle's blog (since I get to guest blog here for one more day--thank you, Michelle!), please drop me a link at didbushlie--at--gmail--dot--com. I may put up a page about all of this at the JYB. If I do, you'll all get a link there too. If anybody wants to help out in designing that page, email me at that address

Below are some graphics, that have been made available to use in this campaign.

If however you are among those who are working to institute the Teddy Kennedy stragegy and tactics of

"Cut and run and leave someone else behind to die"?

Then all I can do is repeat the immortal words of Samuel Adams to you.

Samuel Adams

American Patriot & Politician

1722 - 1803

"If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude
greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace.
We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand
that feeds you; May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity
forget that ye were our countrymen."

The Democrats who are peddling the Big Lie of ?Bush lied?
The Gunner himself, Donald Sensing, of One Hand Clapping starts Cooking the war with the words

"I have deliberately stayed apart from the arguments about whether President Bush cooked intelligence in order to justify the invasion of Iraq. The reason is that I pledged myself after the last election that I would not do partisan politics on this site. I have not kept this promise completely, but I’ve come pretty close."

He then gives one of the most complete and compelling accounts of this complex subject and it has been said that the moral authority of parents of those in the Service is absolute?

The Gunner has served his Country with Honor, is the Son of one who has served his Country with Honor and the Father of one who serves now. How absolute is his authority when he says

So Barone shrank from saying “the Democrats are being unpatriotic”? I won’t.

Listen, Senators Reid, Rockefeller, former Sen. Edwards, Sen. Kerry and your rhetorical allies: I have known many patriots. My son, fighting in Iraq, is a patriot. And you, sirs, are no patriots. You are actively betraying my son and his comrades. You are giving comfort to the enemy.

His moral authority aside, his account of the facts and fictions being spread in these times have a moral authority that can stand on it's own.

Read the article, don't wait for the movie.

Bring the Troops HOME!

From Germany!

I mean VE Day was the 8th of May l945.
Isn't 60 years enough time to have finished the job?

If one takes the stance that we had to remain in the European Theater as part of the Cold War, well
On December 8, 1991 the leaders of the Russian, Ukrainian, and Belarusian republics met in Belavezhskaya Pushcha to issue a declaration that the Soviet Union was dissolved and replaced by the Commonwealth of Independent States. Gorbachev became president without a country. On December 25, 1991, he resigned as president of the USSR and turned the powers of his office over to Boris Yeltsin. The next day, the Supreme Soviet voted to dissolve itself and repealed the declaration written in 1922 that had officially established the USSR. By the end of the year, all official Soviet institutions had ceased operations.

So I don't think the USSR will be coming through the Fulda Gap anytime soon in an invasion of Europe.

Why are we still there?

How about Bosnia? Ten years so far, how long
will we continue that quagmire?

Let the Federal Government address these issues before they bother their pointy little heads with Iraq. I mean what is the rush by the Democratic Party to have a time table for withdrawl from Iraq when we still have troops in Germnay and Bosnia?

Besides the fact that it was under Democratic Presidents rather than a Republican President that we went into Germany and Bosnia that is.

Do these words sound familiar?

We have won the War but we are losing the Peace, there was no plan for the Occupation, US prestige has never been lower.

No those are not recent, Mainstream Media quotes but verbage from articles in the New York Times from the GERMAN Occupation 50 years ago.

Go to the Counter Revolutionary website and read jpgs of NYT articles from those days, the Liberal Left Leopards never really change their spots they just recycle the same paradigms over and over again.

Here is an example of how bad things got back then.
I do not recall armored troops ever beig considered to put down food riots in Iraq, do you?

From:
Spirit of America
Jim Hake

Dear Spirit of America donors and friends,

This message is an update on:
* Our projects in Iraq and Afghanistan
* Our "Make Freedom Win" campaign
* Sandy Shapero, new Spirit of America CEO

There is also an update on my new work and role with Spirit of America.

SPIRIT OF AMERICA PROJECTS
At the link below you can find updates on a variety of Spirit of
America projects including backpacks for children, help for orphans
and support for carpentry programs.

"MAKE FREEDOM WIN" CAMPAIGN
We are launching a new campaign to build awareness and support for
Spirit of America's projects in Iraq and Afghanistan. The campaign
features Public Service Announcements (PSAs) by General Tommy Franks
and Senator John McCain. Other PSAs are in development. The theme of
the campaign is "Join us and make freedom win." The PSAs will be used
in an email and Internet campaign and our team is also working on
television broadcast of the PSAs. You can see two of the longer format
PSAs (for use in the Internet campaign) at the links below.

General Tommy Franks video:

Senator John McCain video:

I hope you'll find these PSAs reflect well the work of Spirit of
America that you have supported. If you would like to arrange for
placement of the PSAs on your local radio or television stations,
please email staff@spiritofamerica.net for details.

SANDY SHAPERO, NEW CEO
I'm delighted to announce Dr. Sandy Shapero has recently joined Spirit
of America as Chief Executive Officer. Sandy brings a great background
in growing and managing large non-profit organizations. Before
joining Spirit of America, Sandy enjoyed a long career as an executive
in philanthropic and corporate endeavors. He was formerly Senior Vice
President of Los Angles Orthopaedic Hospital Foundation and Founding
Director of the hospital's Center for Gerontology. Prior to that he
served as President and CEO of the City of Hope National Medical
Center. Early in his career Sandy served as a Chaplain in the U.S.
Navy.

WHAT I'M DOING
Over the last two years I've had the great, great privilege and honor
of founding and leading Spirit of America as a full-time volunteer.
It has been an incredibly rewarding experience. A chance of a
lifetime to make a real difference. I can't thank you enough for your
support and your very kind and encouraging words along the way.

Before Spirit of America I started a couple different companies. Thus,
my background has principally been one of an entrepreneur. I
sometimes say that I was born without the gene (or common sense) that
prevents one from starting something new against overwhelming odds.

I recently started a new business - SignalOne Media - to create
commercial television in emerging markets. Our focus is creating new
commercial channels focused on young adults in specific national
markets in the Middle East. My partner, Ambassador Mark Palmer,
founded a similar enterprise in the 1990s called Central European
Media Enterprises (CETV) that created the first independent,
commercial television stations in the former Soviet Bloc (e.g., the
Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia). The company was and is very
successful. We believe a similar great opportunity exists today in
the Middle East. We've invested our own capital and with the support
of a few other brave souls we are giving it our best shot. Please
wish us luck.

I am deeply committed to Spirit of America's ongoing work. It is
critically important. I will remain Spirit of America's Chairman and
I'll be an active one.

As always, thank you for your support.
Jim Hake
and the Spirit of America team.

Intifada of Eurabia Day 17
The violence in France, Denmark, Belgium, and Germany appears to have spread to Greece.

This in from !No Pasaran! in What Trotsky meant by "Solidarity"

posted by Joe N. @ 3:19 PM

Prepared to fight to the last innocent bystander, the dependably irritable and violent Greek leftists engage in a sympathy violence:

Greek anarchists attack French schools, back rioters

ATHENS: Groups of anarchists broke windows, threw paint and spray-painted slogans at French cultural institutes in Athens and northern Greece in support of rioters in France, Greek police said on Friday.

About 50 people, wearing hoods and helmets and carrying red and black flags, threw stones, spark plugs and bottles filled with paint at the central Athens French Institute on Friday morning, breaking windows and damaging parked vehicles. Police said there were no injuries and the group dispersed quickly after the attack.

Another group attacked the French institute in the northern city of Thessaloniki on Thursday evening, smashing windows while classrooms were filled with language students. They spray-painted “Rioters Are Right” on the front of the building.

“They just appeared out of nowhere, I think about 70 or 80 of them. They smashed everything and we just sat there terrified,” one student told reporters. Poor French suburbs have been hit by two weeks of rioting. French police have arrested hundreds of people in what is considered the most serious unrest since student-led protests in 1968.>

One question that comes to mind, when on considers the absence of certain words in coverage of these
riots/insurrections and the continual usage of euphemisms such as youths is what could the ethnic and cultural ties be of these anarchists?
