Background Colour In the FrontPage Editor, on the Format menu, choose Background. The Format Menu The page properties window opens. Select the "Background" tab.  The Page Properties Window (Background Tab): Select a colour from the drop-down list. To define a custom colour, select "More Colours" from the drop-down menu. Selecting "Custom" in the colour window that opens will allow you to choose any of the computer's available colours. The Colour Menu Click OK. To set a background picture for a page In the FrontPage Editor, on the Format menu, choose Background. In the background menu, check the box next to "Background Picture." Type the path and filename of the picture you want to use as a background, or hit the "Browse" button to look for your file. Select an picture from the list of images you've already imported into your web, or choose  a picture from file with the "Choose From File" button: Click OK.
