What is TPOP? Basically, I grab some characters and list very funny things that the cast of Pokemon would never say (unless somebody spiked their drinks). (Which IS the title.) Someone once extravagantly praised it as "A list with a plot". Because it is. It might be a silly, very funny plot, but it is.
