A MESSAGE TO VISITORS

Regardless of your denominational affiliation or theological beliefs, the information on this web site is here to help you and encourage you to “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith” (II Cor. 13:5), “the faith of Jesus” (Rev. 14:12), “the Saviour of the world” (John 4:42), “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith” (Heb. 12:2). “But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” (Titus 3:4-7). “Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.” (Gal. 2:16). “But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.... For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.” (Gal. 3:22,26). “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Eph. 2:8,9). Please read the following with an open heart and mind “and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.” (Jam. 1:21). And let “the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge” speak to your heart, (Eph. 3:19). “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD:” (Isa. 1:18)

“Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” (Isaiah 1:18) Come now, and let us reason together . . .

Introduction

Are you disillusioned by religion? Are you confused or unsure about the Bible and Christianity? Have you been misled, abused or wounded by organized religion, religious leaders or spiritual guides who place their own opinions and private interpretations of the scriptures above the Holy Bible which is the written word of God? Have you been let down by those whom you looked up to for inspiration and guidance? This web site may help you recover, and restore your faith in God's truth (thy word is truthJohn 17:17), and avoid the mistakes of thinking more highly of man than we ought to think. (Psa. 118:8; Prov. 3:5,7; 16:19; 22:20,21; 26:12; Rom. 12:3; II Peter 1:20)

“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.” (Psa. 118:8)

King David said, “For it was not an enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him: But it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine acquaintance. We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company.” (Psa. 55:12-14). Others may forsake us, and even our friends may forget us: but the Lord promised his people saying, “they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.” (Isa. 49:15). Again King David said, “And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.” (Psa. 9:10)

“Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us.” “The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.” “He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.” “The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.” (“thy word is truth” John 17:17) (Psa. 34:18; 62:8; 145:18; 147:3).

Does your heart long for “the living and true God”, “the God of all comfort;” who “comforteth those that are cast down”? Does your heart and soul desire “to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge”? Does your heart and mind seek lasting peace, “the peace of God, which passeth all understanding”? Do you truly “hunger and thirst” for “the kingdom of God and his righteousness” and for “the bread of life” which is “The Word of God”? Have you “esteemed the words of his mouth more than” your “necessary food”? (“As the hart [deer] panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God:”) Do you love “the praise of God” more than “the praise of men”? And do you seek “the honour that cometh from God only”? Jesus Christ is the answer you have been searching for. “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Job 23:12; Psa. 42:1,2; Isa. 26:3; Jer. 10:10; Matt. 5:6; 6:33; Luke 8:11; John 5:44; 6:35; 12:43; 14:27; Acts 4:12; II Cor. 1:3; 7:6; Eph. 3:19; Philip. 4:7; I Thess. 1:9; I Pet. 1:23; Rev. 19:13)

“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit [“the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit” 6:63] and in truth [“thy word is truth” 17:17]: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.” (John 4:23).

Some people say, “Follow your heart.” But the Bible informs us that “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked” and “He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool” (Jer. 17:9; Prov. 28:26). Jesus said, “For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within” (Mark 7:21,22,23). In Biblical times the children of Israel “sinned against the LORD their God” by routinely compromising with the heathen nations around them, setting up images and idols and adopting pagan religious customs, and “every man did that which was right in his own eyes” (Judges 21:25; II Kings 17:7; Jer. 10:2). Today God's people are enticed with some of the same types of allurements, the temptation to compromise the words of the Lord with the ways of the world. And just as “the children of Israel did secretly those things that were not right against the LORD their God”, “and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt”, many “Christians” today are following their intuitions, or their personal feelings, or their church's “revelations” from heaven, and leaning to their “own understanding” to ‘worship’ or please the Lord, and “have chosen their own ways”, “every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes” (Prov. 3:5; Acts 7:39; Isa. 53:6; 56:11; 66:3; Deut. 12:8). Some people say, “Trust your feelings.” But the Bible said, “Cursed be the man that trusteth in man” (Jer. 17:5,9). Some people say, “Let your conscience be your guide.” But the Bible said to let “the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost” which is “The Word of God” be your “guide” (John 1:1; 14:26; 16:13; I Peter 1:23; I John 5:7; Rev. 19:13). Some people say, “Search your heart for the truth.” But Jesus said to “Search the scriptures” for “the truth”, and “If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth [“thy word is truth”], and the truth shall make you free.” (John 5:39; 8:31,32; 17:17). King David said, “Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.” (Psa. 119:114)

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matt. 11:28-30). “Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.” (Jer. 6:16). “To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.” (Isa. 28:12). “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they [the scriptures] are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.” (John 5:39,40).

In this day of compromise, confusion and delusion, when fiction and fantasy is promoted as reality, when fables are preferred over truth, when personal experiences and opinions are taking the place of Biblical reasoning, when people's feelings and emotions mean more than facts, when traditions and commandments of men are elevated to Scripture status, when pagan customs are being passed off as Christian customs and most church folks are willing active participants, when the Biblical definitions of words are being changed to accommodate fallen man's philosophy and theology, when many in the church world will not endure sound doctrine but will allow private interpretation of the scriptures every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes, when many professing Christians are speaking lies in hypocrisy having their conscience seared with a hot iron, when men are lovers of their own selves, covetous, proud, disobedient to parents, false accusers, despisers of those that are good, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God, having a form of godliness, and when morals, values and theologies change with the wind, it is reassuring to know that we have an unmovable foundation, Jesus Christ the rock of our salvation, the faithful Creator whose words will never cease nor change:

“For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. Thy faithfulness is unto all generations:” (Psa. 119:89,90). “Every word of God is pure:” (Prov. 30:5). “Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.” (Psa. 119:140). “The words of the LORD are pure words.... Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.” (Psa. 12:6,7). “For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.” (Matt. 5:18). “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.” (Matt. 24:35). “The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.” (Psa. 33:11). “For I am the LORD, I change not” (Mal. 3:6). “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever” (Heb. 13:8). “It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God” (Luke 4:4). “Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.” (Psa. 119:160). “Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.” (Psa. 119:152). “For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.” (Rom. 15:4). “This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.” “I hope in thy word.” “in his word do I hope.” (Psa. 119:50,114; 130:5) (Deut. 12:8; Psa. 12:6; 18:2; 95:1; 119:89,90; Isa. 51:1; Mal. 3:6; Matt. 24:35; Mark 13:31; Luke 6:48; John 1:1,14; Eph. 2:20; 3:9; 4:14; II Thess. 2:11; I Tim. 4:1-3; II Tim. 3:1-5,16; Heb. 13:8; I Pet. 1:23; II Pet. 1:20; 4:19; Rev. 19:13)

“All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them. They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge.” (Prov. 8:8,9). “a good understanding have all they that do his commandments:” (Psa. 111:10). “the knowledge of the holy is understanding.” (Prov. 9:10). “The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.” (Psa. 119:130). “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” (I Cor. 2:14). “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.... That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” (John 3:3,6). “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” (John 6:63). “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” (I Peter 1:23). “Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.” (Matt. 18:3). “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.... A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” (James 1:5-8).

With all of the different religions of the world, and with so many different doctrines and beliefs among the various Christian churches today, how are we to know what is true and what is not true? God's word, the Holy Bible, has all the answers. But how many people know what the Holy Bible says? Consider the following verses: Jeremiah says, “The prophet which prophesieth of peace, when the word of the prophet shall come to pass, then shall the prophet be known, that the LORD hath truly sent him.” (Jer. 28:9). But Deuteronomy says, “If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.” (Deut. 13:1-3). The gospel of Mark says, “And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.” (Mark 16:20). But the gospel of Matthew says, “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” (Matt. 24:24).

“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” (Prov. 14:12).

The scriptures plainly show us that signs and wonders are not a safe way of determining the truth. In the book of Acts God “granted signs and wonders” to be done by the apostles to confirm the word of the Lord and to validate the scriptures written by them (Acts 14:3). But signs and wonders can also be used to deceive. Paul writes, “Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders” (II Thess. 2:9). We can see by the scriptures that signs and wonders are not a good criterion to follow for recognizing the difference between a true prophet and a false prophet and discerning “between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not” (Mal. 3:18).

“There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” (Prov. 16:25).

How then are we to know the truth? Are we to trust a “confirmation” in our heart? Is that good feeling or witness in our heart a biblical and safe way of ascertaining the truth? Consider the testimony of a recent convert: “Until the very second that I made my declaration, I wasn't entirely convinced that it was what I wanted to do. Would I wake up one day and want to change my mind? Would I feel like I had made a huge mistake? But already I feel as if my life has been transformed. I don't know how to describe it, but the moment I said those words, my heart filled with joy and love and it took about four days for me to come back down off the ceiling.” This sure sounds like a wonderful testimony. However, this testimony was not made by a born again Christian, but by a recent convert to Islam (“Why I took the hijab,” The Guardian, June 20, 2002). The Muslim receives a confirmation in his heart that his religion is true. The Hindu receives a confirmation in his heart that his religion is true. The Catholic receives a confirmation in his heart that his religion is true. The Mormon receives a confirmation in his heart that his religion is true. Even the Wiccan (a Witchcraft practitioner) and Satanist receives a confirmation in his heart that his religion is true. Trusting a confirmation in our heart is both un-biblical and un-safe.

“He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.” (Prov. 28:26).

Again, consider the following statement which was made by a high profile individual: “If in coming face to face with God we accept Him in our lives, then we... become a better Hindu, a better Muslim, a better Catholic, a better whatever we are... What God is in your mind you must accept.” (Global Peace and the Rise of Antichrist, Dave Hunt, p.149). This astonishing statement was not made by a New Age Guru, but by a well known and highly respected Catholic, Mother Teresa. And this is why the Lord warned us in the scriptures that we should never trust in our own heart because the human “heart is deceitful above all things” (Jer. 17:9). So how do we know the truth? The only way to know what is true and what is not true is to know “what saith the scripture” (Rom. 4:3; Gal. 4:30). Jesus said, “Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures” (Matt. 22:29). Isaiah said, “To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word [“the holy scriptures”II Tim.3:15], it is because there is no light in them.” (Isa. 8:20). Jesus said, “Search the scriptures”, and “If ye continue in my word . . . ye shall know the truth” (John 5:39; 8:31,32). God gave us his written word to give us “hope” and “comfort” and the promise of “everlasting life” (Rom. 15:4; John 3:15,18; 6:63). And God also gave us his written word to keep us from deceiving ourselves and to keep us form being deceived by others (Matt. 24:4; Rom. 12:3; I Cor. 3:18; 4:6). The scriptures are given to us “for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” to keep the Lord's people from wondering off course and to “keep the feet of his saints” firmly planted upon the solid foundation of the truth — “thy word is truth.” (II Tim. 3:16; I Sam. 2:9; I Cor. 3:11; John 17:17).

“I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth:” (Isa. 45:19). “I have not spoken in secret from the beginning” (Isa. 48:16). “For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.” (Deut. 30:11). “The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.” (Psalms 68:11). “And the word of God increased.” (Acts 6:7). “But the word of God grew and multiplied.” (Acts 12:24). “And the word of the Lord was published throughout all the region.” (Acts 13:49). “So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.” (Acts 19:20).

The Holy Bible repeatedly assures us that “Every word of God is pure” (Prov. 30:5) and that God himself “shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.” (Psa. 12:7). Sadly, many people today do not believe that God promised to preserve his “pure words” “for ever” “to all generations” and “to all nations for the obedience of faith” (Psa. 12:6; 33:11, 119:90; Acts 2:6,7; Rom. 16:26). Even within conservative Christian churches today many people have come to doubt the preservation of the scriptures. Due to a “lack of knowledge” on the subject of bible manuscript corruption and scripture preservation, many modern-day Christians are using a variety of bible versions with little or no forethought of the possible negative repercussions (Hosea 4:6). Throughout the Bible we are warned against tampering with God's words: “Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it” (Deut. 4:2). “I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.” (Eccl. 3:14). “Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” (Prov. 30:5,6; Rev. 22:18,19). Are all of the subtle and not so subtle changes in new bible versions just a harmless coincident? Or is there an unholy reason for these changes? In the Holy Bible there are scores of references to handling the word of God deceitfully and corrupting the words of God. Throughout the scriptures there are dozens of references to conspiracies and conspirators. Is God a conspiracy theorist? Or is God telling us something here that we need to pay closer attention to? “There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things;... Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean” (Ezek. 22:25,26)

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first” (II Thess. 2:3).

The Bible says that in the last days “God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:” (II Thess. 2:11). We are told that there shall “come a falling away first” and “there shall be false teachers among you” that “will not endure” the “sound doctrine” of the “pure” “preserve[d] “words of the LORD” “and shall deceive many” (II Thess. 2:3; II Pet. 2:1; II Tim. 4:1-4; Psa. 12:6; Matt. 24:5,11). Someone might say, “Well, I don't believe that God would allow me to be deceived because I have good honest intentions. And as long as I have a sincere heart the Holy Spirit will confirm the truth to me by giving me a good feeling in my soul (that burning in the bosom, that confirmation in the heart).” If this is true, if truth can be determined by a feeling in our heart, then not only is every bible version true, but every religions' sacred book, including the book of Mormon, is also true. The book of Mormon states that “if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost.”(Moroni 10:4). The 2004 edition of the Mormon handbook states, “In answer to our prayers, the Holy Ghost will teach us through our feelings and thoughts...Heavenly Father will answer their prayers, typically through feelings of their hearts and thoughts in their minds.”(Preach the Gospel, p.39). But is this what the Holy Bible teaches? The Bible warns us that “The heart is deceitful above all things” (Jer. 17:9), and “He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool” (Prov. 28:26), and “There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” (Prov. 16:25). Jesus' disciples did not trust in their sincere hearts or their good intentions. Neither did they trust in a good feeling in their souls. Jesus' disciples “believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.” (John 2:22). For “three sabbath days” the apostle Paul “reasoned with them out of the scriptures” (Acts 17:2). “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD:” (Isa. 1:18)

“He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.” (Luke 1:51). “the meek will he teach his way.” (Psa. 25:9). “but the proud he knoweth afar off.” (Psa. 138:6). “Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud: for the LORD hath spoken.... But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the LORD'S flock is carried away captive.” (Jer. 13:15,17).

The Lord tells us in Hosea 4:6 “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”. In the Old Testament only a select few were chosen to be high priests, and only the high priest had direct access to God. But when Christ died on the cross and the veil of the temple was torn, the “royal priesthood” passed to all who come to God through faith in Jesus Christ, and now all believers have direct and personal and equal access to God through the “one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” (Matt. 27:51; Luke 23:44; Mark 15:37,38; I Pet. 2:9; Heb. 10:19,20; Rom. 1:5; 5:1,2; Eph. 3:12; I Tim. 2:5). The Old Testament priests were given the responsibility of preserving the scriptures which were written by the prophets (Deut. 31). As New Testament priests, all believers are now charged with safeguarding the scriptures which were written by the apostles (I Cor. 11:2; I Tim. 6:20; II Tim. 4:1-4; Rev. 1:3,6). And as “kings and priests unto God” every believer is instructed by God “to search out a matter” and “Prove all things” (Rev. 5:10; Prov. 25:2; I Thess. 5:21). Job said, “the cause which I knew not I searched out.” (Job 29:16). The Lord said, “because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me” (Hos. 4:6). The Bible says “through knowledge shall the just be delivered.” (Prov. 11:9).

“As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed’s seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.” (Isaiah 59:21).

Below is a compilation of articles written by various Authors, an assortment of helpful resources, links, and scriptures from the Holy Bible. “In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.” (Matt. 18:16; II Cor. 13:1). I believe that much of the information presented here will help the Christian reader to better understand some of the important issues facing us today. Some of the information in the following articles (i.e., the history of the Holy Bible, manuscript evidence, the overt and covert occult influence in the church) is un-known to many in the Christian community. It is this author's sincere prayer that the reader will have the courage to examine the evidence, the integrity to face the facts, and the honesty and humility to believe and accept the truth. I encourage you to search the scriptures daily and re-search the facts with the same commitment demonstrated by the believers of Berea mentioned in the book of Acts. And “grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ”; “and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” (I Pet 5:5,6,7; II Pet. 3:18; Psa. 147:3)

“Do ye not yet understand...?” (Matt. 16:9). “Why do ye not understand my speech?” (John 8:43). “have ye your heart yet hardened?” (Mark 8:17). “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?” (Numb. 23:19). “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?” (Jer. 32:27). “Have not I written to thee excellent things in counsels and knowledge, That I might make thee know the certainty of the words of truth; that thou mightest answer the words of truth to them that send unto thee?” (Prov. 22:20,21). “The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou [meaning God himself] shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.” (Psa. 12:6,7). “It is written.... It is written.... it is written” (Matt. 4:4,7,10). “For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.” (Matt. 5:18). “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.” (Matt. 24:35).

“Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” (Prov. 30:5,6). “It is written”, “It is written again”, “it is written in the book” (Luke 4:4; Acts 1:20; 7:42). “The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.” (Eccl. 12:10). “But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?” (John 5:47). “they believed not his word:” (Psa. 106:24). “O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:” (Luke 24:25). “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” (II Tim. 3:16). “no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” (II Peter 1:20,21). “And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.” (I Peter 1:25). “Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth,” (James 1:18). “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,” (Eph. 1:13). “For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel; Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:” (Col. 1:5,6). “Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life:” (Deut. 4:9). “And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.” (Luke 21:34). “Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.” (Heb. 2:1).

It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. (Psalms 118:8)
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
(Proverbs 3:5-6)

I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.
(Psalms 119:99,100)

And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:13)

Yet I am the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me. (Hosea 13:4)
PROPHECIES OF THE MESSIAH
FULFILLED IN JESUS CHRIST
Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world. (John 4:42)
The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. (Isaiah 61:1-3)
Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners: to preach the gospel to the meek, to heal the brokenhearted, to set the captives free. (John 8:36; I Tim. 1:15)
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. (Luke 4:18-21)

“Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” (Psa. 119:11)

“He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” (I John 2:4)

“Ye shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.” (Deuteronomy 12:8)
“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” (Proverbs 14:12)

He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him. (Proverbs 18:13)
Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED?

We also are men of like passions with you, and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God ... Who in times past suffered all nations to walk in their own ways. (Acts 14:15)
And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent (Acts 17:30)

DO YOU HAVE THE HOLY BIBLE?

There are basically two streams of bibles and bible manuscripts that have come down to us through the centuries since the time of Christ: the thousands of true manuscripts of the majority texts that are in agreement with each other from which the KJV Bible was translated; and the small handful of corrupt manuscripts of the Alexandrian Eusebio-Origen text types, or minority texts, which not only disagree with the majority texts but disagree with one another in literally thousands of places: and it is from this corrupt text type that all modern bibles are translated, from the ERV to the NIV, from the NWT to the NKJV. Do you know from which text type your bible version was translated?

“Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it” (Deut. 4:2)

Do you have the “Comforter” (KJV)? Or do you have a "helper" spirit (new bible versions and the new age one world religion)? Check your bible version – John 14:16,26; 15:26; 16:7.

“Every word of God is pure:... Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” (Prov. 30:5)

Are you “saved” by grace through faith (KJV)? Or are you "being saved" by your good works (new bible versions and the new age one world religion)? Check your bible version – I Cor. 1:18 II Cor. 2:15.

“ye have perverted the words of the living God” (Jer. 23:36)

There is a clear pattern with all corrupt bible versions to promote fallen man one step at a time, and to demote the Lord Jesus Christ one step at a time (see the verse comparison chart). It was the sin of pride that caused “Satan” to “fall from heaven” into “eternal damnation” (Matt. 25:41; Mark 3:29; Luke 10:18). That “old serpent” then tempted man to follow him — Lucifer said, “I will be like the most High.” “and ye shall be as gods” (Isa. 14:14; Gen. 3:5). The Holy Bible calls Lucifer “the god of this world” and “the great dragon . . . that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world” (II Cor. 4:4; Rev. 12:9).

“There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof . . . they have taken the treasure and precious things” (Ezek. 22:25)

Read Acts 7:45 and Hebrews 4:8 in the following bible versions and you will see that they have removed the name of our Lord Jesus and replaced it with another name: Revised Version 1881, American Standard Version 1901, Revised Standard Version 1953, New American Standard Bible 1960, Douay/Rheims (Catholic) Version 1963, The Bible in Basic English 1965, The Amplified Bible 1965, The Modern Language Bible 1969, Living Bible 1971, New American Bible (Catholic) 1975, New International Version 1984, New King James Version 1984, New World Translation (Jehovah's Witnesses) 1984, Today's English Version 1985, Green's Literal Translation 1985&1986, New Century Version 1987, New Revised Standard Version 1989, The Message Bible 1993, Easy-to-Read Version 1994, Contemporary English Version 1995, New Living Translation 1996, 21st Century King James Version 1998, The New Testament - A Purified Translation 2000, et al. What every one of these bible versions, or spurious offspring, have in common is that they all agree against the Authorized King James Bible in omitting or altering numerous scriptures pertaining to our present-day salvation, the deity of Jesus Christ, and the existence or nature of hell.

“Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud: for the LORD hath spoken.... But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the LORD'S flock is carried away captive.” (Jer. 13:15,17)

    MODERN CHRISTIANITY vs. BIBLICAL CHRISTIANITY

Most of what is called “Christianity” today is not the Christianity of the Holy Bible. Most people in modern-day Christian churches want the “righteousness, and peace, and joy” that comes with being a Christian (Rom. 14:17), but they don't want the “trials”, “tribulations” and “persecutions” that come with it (Mark 10:30; Acts 14:22; Rom. 5:3; II Thess. 1:4; II Tim. 3:12; I Pet. 1:7; 4:12). In the Old Testament God's people suffered greatly (Heb. 11:35-38). In the New Testament God's people suffered greatly (Matt. 13:21; Mark 4:17; 10:29,30; John 16:33; Acts 14:22; Rom. 5:3; 12:12; II Cor. 1:4; 12:10; II Thess. 1:4; II Tim. 3:12; I Peter 1:7; 4:12; Rev. 1:9). Throughout the centuries God's people have suffered greatly and continue to suffer “for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ” (Rev. 1:9; 13:15) (see The Acts And Monuments by John Foxe). In modern Christianity motivational teachers and self-esteem preachers with “good words and fair speeches” have taken the place of scriptural teachers and biblical preachers teaching Jesus' message of “repent” or “perish” (Rom. 16:18; Mark 1:1; Luke 13:1-5). With most modern-day Christians spending more time watching TV than reading the Bible, it is no wonder why so many “do err, not knowing the scriptures” (Matt. 22:29; ). Incidentally, for a thousand years the Roman church deceived and conquered the peoples of Europe during the Dark Ages by moving from a word based culture – “the scriptures”, to an image based culture – statues, relics, symbols, visions, imagery. And the same type of deception is taking place today in the Christian community. Most modern-day Christians' beliefs are being shaped more by what they see and hear on television than what they read in the Bible. Even within conservative Protestant churches the pure words of the Lord in the Holy Bible are slowly being replaced with imagery and symbolism, as pagan Christmas and Easter plays and corrupt movies like The Passion are now acceptable supplements to the Bible, substituting images for the written word. The Bible tells us that Jesus Christ is “the Word” (John 1:1,14), “and his name is called The Word of God.” (Rev. 19:13). The Romanization of Protestant churches, moving people from a word based culture to an image based culture, is all part of the “falling away” of the church foretold in second Thessalonians (II Thess. 2:3-12). With TV programs like Wheel Of Fortune, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Deal Or No Deal, Sex And The City, Desperate Housewives, and American Idol, it is no wonder why so many are “conformed to this world” as the “cares of this life” “and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word” (Rom. 12:2; Luke 21:34; Mark 4:19). And the so called “Christian” networks are no better with their idolatrous pagan customs and their covetous prosperity doctrines, “supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.” (I Tim. 6:5). The chart below shows some of the differences between modern Christianity and biblical Christianity. See THE EMERGING CHURCH

AUTHENTIC KING JAMES VERSION HOLY BIBLES PRINTED BETWEEN 1611 and 1872
Comparing the Texts of these Bibles with a modern un-corrupt KJV shows that the Authorized Version of 1611 has
never gone through a single Textual Revision and proves that God has indeed kept his promise to preserve his pure word.

THE HOLY BIBLE, Printed in 1611
Seeing its readings proves to cynics that the KJV's text has never been "revised" and is identical to that used today
(except for the rare 1611 typographical slips which were shortly thereafter fixed by King James translators themselves).
