Elizabethtown coach James Haire started the following lineup: 6-1 Sr. Jansen Flood, 5-11 Sr. Todd Lucas, 6-5 Fr. Zane Najdawi, 5-10 So. Bryce Byrd, and 5-10 So. Nic McDonald. Bryan Station coach Mike Allen countered with 6-2 Sr. Marcus Williams, 6-3 Sr. Omari Sweat, 6-3 Sr. Kalahari Harris, 6-0 Sr. Tyus Alcorn, and 6-1 Sr. Jaylen Beckham.
Bryan Station outscored Elizabethtown 25-9 in the final quarter to pull away for a 76-51 victory. Bryan Station shot 53.6% from the field including six of 19 from the three point line. The Defenders connected on 10 of 15 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 32 points off 21 Elizabethtown turnovers. Elizabethtown shot 39.5% from the field including five of 15 from beyond the arc. The Panthers connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 11 Bryan Station turnovers.
Jaylen Beckham led Bryan Station with 21 points, six rebounds, and four steals. 6-2 So. Daquice Allen added 12 points including three three point baskets. Marquis Williams and 6-2 Jr. Kenyon Hipps scored 10 points each.
6-0 So. Ja’Von Cotton led Elizabethtown with 13 points including three three point baskets. Jansen Flood, Zane Najdawi, and 6-5 So. Dominique Harding each scored 10 points. Harding blocked four shots and Bryce Byrd dished out nine assists.
