Mason County coach Brad Cox started the following lineup: 5-8 Jr. Briana McNutt, 5-8 Jr. Whitney O’Mara, 5-9 Jr. Maddie Boone, 5-4 Jr. Brianna Littleton, and 5-7 Jr. Jordan Frodge.  Henry Clay coach Eric Sanford countered with 5-9 Sr. Jordyn Jackson, 5-7 Fr. Kiya Thompson, 5-10 Sr. Nakeisha Green, 5-4 So. Alexis Lutz, and 5-6 Sr. T’Laya Lyvers.

Mason County scored 29 points off 22 Henry Clay turnovers to earn a 56-35 victory over the Lady Blue Devils.  Mason County shot 47.8% from the field including one of seven from the three point line.  The Lady Royals connected on 11 of 18 free throws and pulled down 37 rebounds.  Henry Clay shot 25% from the field including one of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on eight of 17 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored nine points off 16 Mason County turnovers.

Briana McNutt led Mason County with 16 points and six rebounds.  5-10 So. Kara Moran added 11 points.  Jordan Frodge chipped in with eight points and five rebounds.  Whitney O’Mara recorded six points, four rebounds, five assists, and five steals.

T’Laya Lyvers led Henry Clay with 13 points, 10 rebounds, and three steals.  Jordyn Jackson added eight points and seven rebounds.
