Marvel VS Capcom II.
Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is probably the best 2d fighting game I've
Ever played and made that I know of. This game is the part 2 of the
number1 2d fighting game Marvel vs. Capcom made by capcom a very well
Known company. This game has over 50 characters to choose from and 3
Players in the battle field at the same time, unlike marvel vs. capcom
Which only has 15 characters and 2 players at the same time.
Review:
Graphics
This 2d fighting game is much better than 3d, I never liked 3d fighting
games much. The background on this game is a definite improvement from
part one. Everytime you do a move you will see this shiny sparkling thing
which makes it confusing to see who actually did the attack until they
fall down, but at the same time looks very good because it's going so fast.
In the game it has pics of all the players in a gallery but you must
purchase them.
sound/sfx
Sound and SFX are very high quality, it has a different word for each attack
and with all the different characters you will be sure to hear over 150
different SFX, and don't forget the super combo sfx which is pretty handy
for known when your opponents gonna do a super combo and when you should
block, if you have fast reactions.
Game play
In this game you start of with over 20 characters than work your way up to
0ver 50 as you play, but this game is very different to other fighting games,
you would usually have to beat certain opponents to unlock your characters
which means you would have to be good, but this game you buy your characters.
Each fight you have you get points depending on how high your score is
and how many of your 3 people are alive. To get a high score you would have to
do alot of combo's and super combo's for a high score, now if you get
one of your players killed you will lose alot of points, which will decrease
your points to buy characters. In the game there is a special mode where
you buy your characters from. You can also buy pics of each player to put
in your gallery or different costumes and stages. This game gets rather
boring when your have all 56 characters and stages, I usually try and
die most of the time just to get points to buy stuff. If you put it on
the difficulties it is still easy to more experience players. For me
even on the difficulties I could go through the whole game without dying
one player and still get the highest score over and over. If you do get
bored which is likely to happen and you have a modem you could on to
the net battle and fight over players with that game to earn net points
and prove yourself as the greatest player of all!
final say
This game is a very good game when you first purchase but will get boring
when you either have all characters and stages or in round about 5 to 7
days.
