Heroes and Villians.

These are heroes and villians of only Dragonball z i think. People who are heroes are the ones who helped win a battle, actually help...did something (hercule doesnt count). Villians, self explainatory.

HEROES

Goku was sent to earth on a mission...to destroy it. He was sent in a space pod from Planet Vegeta. He was considered to be one of the weak saiyan warriors but boy would Goku show them. When he landed on Earth he was found by Grandpa Gohan. All of Grandpa Gohan's wisdom of love and good did no good to help Goku stop his bad ways. One day Gandpa Gohan was taking a walk with Goku, and Grandpa Gohan lost grip of the violent child and he fell down a cliff where a waterfall was and hit his head. You may think this was bad but actually it was probably the best thing for him. He miraculously recovered and forgot all his violent ways and was then a peaceful and loving boy. Goku was trained by many wise and powerful people throughout his life. As he grew he didn't only make friends he also made many enemies, such as Piccolo, the Red Ribbon Army, the Androids, and Cell. Dealing with immortal warriors that want to take over the world, facing his brother Radditz, and even facing a prince of his own race, Vegeta. You could say he took on many challenges. And the funny thing is, nothing ever got to this guy. He always smiled and is never depressed. Goku is the most important character in Dragonball z/gt.

Gohan is Probably the strongest character of them all (well in potential, never really achieves it though). He is son of Goku and many times where ever his father has not succeeded in defeating an enemy he will get pissed and blast the enemy. He was born on Earth but is also a Saiyan. He is fourth to achieve Super Saiyan status (When he was training in the room of Spirit and Time with Goku). His father is always proud of him and his mother is always making him study. When he grows up me marries a girl named Videl and they have a duughter called Pan.

Goku and Chi Chi's second son. Goten was the youngest super saiyan ever at age 6. During his childhood, he is just like Goku as far as personality and looks. Although he is a little naive, he has fighting in his blood. He competes in 3 martial arts tournaments, but didn't win one. His best friend is Trunks. They hang out a lot together during Dragonball Z. He is also the main character during the Brolli movies. He later fuses with Trunks to become the second ever Super Saiyan 3 ever, Gotenks. As an adult in GT, Goten is pretty lazy.

Vegeta is a one of the main characters through Dragonball Z and Gt. His father was the king of a planet called "Planet Vegeta", which makes him the "prince of all saiyans". At the beginning of Dragonball Z, Vegeta had no second thoughts about killing. As he continues through his journeys, he loses some savageness, although he still has an attitude problem and is sneaky. Vegeta and Goku are rivals all throughout Dragonball Z and Gt. Goku is always one step ahead of Vegeta though.
After Vegeta marries Bulma, he has two children, Trunks and Bra. In GT, he joins the battle against Buu. He even sacrifices his life to kill Buu, but Buu survived. While Mr. Buu was fighting Majin Buu, Vegeta formed a plan to defeat the evil Buu. He told Dende to make a wish with the already collected dragonballs. It was to bring everyone who died after the World Tournament except the evil at heart. Vegeta was revived along with the others who died.

Pan is the daughter of Gohan and Videl and she is an important character in the Dragon Ball GT series. She is also the strongest female fighter in the series and very adventurous. Pan joined Chibi Goku and Trunks in their search for the black star dragon balls. Pan took control of Goku's mind while he was a Golden Oozaru and caused him to transform to SSJ4.

In the original Dragonball, Yamcha was a fierce bandit. Upon meeting Goku and his friends, he decided to join them on their quest to collect the dragonballs hoping to make a wish of his own. Much comedy was based on his fear of girls, and especially Bulma. But overtime, the fear had gone and he found himself dating Bulma. Although Yamcha has no Saiyan blood and is just a human, he still still a very good fighter. He decided that he didn't want to fight the androids and that's when his training had finished.

Piccolo originally was an arch enemy of goku. In the Dragon ball saga Goku and piccolo were comstantly fighting each other.It wasnt until the saiyan saga where goku and piccolo teamed up to defeat gokus evil brother radditz that piccolo started to be good rather then evil..Piccolo is actually half of a whole being.When he first arived on earth he used to be one with Kamisenin,the guardian of earth,but due to there differnt personalities they decided unfuse.Piccolo is a very powerful fighter and he can reach extreme levels.At one stage piccolo was the strongest Z fighter and he eventually becomes a super nameck.Later in Dbz piccolo fuses back together with kame and also fuses with another being called Nail.

Krillen a bald short Z fighter originally started training with master roshi in dragon ball with Goku.Him and goku used to be enemys but soon became best freinds and have been loyal to each other everscince. Krillen knows a variety of attacks like the solar flare, kamehamea, and the destructo disc.He is also good freinds with gohan. Krillen eventually marries android #18 and they have a daughter called marron.

Trunks, son of Vegeta and Bulma. He was able to reach Super Saiyan level at a young age and can fuse with Goten to become Gotenks. In Dragonball GT, he journeyed with Goku and Pan in search of the Black Star dragonballs. Trunks (future) future Trunks who traveled back in time in hope to altar the future. He grew up in a world where Gokou died from a heart attack so no one was able to defeat Androids 17 and 18. The Androids caused chaos throughout the world and killed the rest of the Z warriors. Future Trunks killed Freeza and his crew but was later killed by Trunks. He was revived by a wish from the dragonballs and returned to the future. There, his future remained the same but Trunks became stronger and easily defeated Androids 17, 18, and Cell in his time.

VILLIANS.

A legendary Super Saiyan. Brolly is also known as Burori. He was born with a power level of 10,000 where Goku was born with a measly power level of 2. Freeze even tried to have Brolly killed because of his incredible power but Brolly survived the attack. Ever scince Brolly was a baby he hated Goku because he was never able to sleep because Goku always cried and cried. Brolly makes his first appearence in movie 8 and then appears again in movie 10 and 11.

Nappa was Sent to Earth with Vegeta to gather the Dragon balls so they could wish for immortality. He was part of the Saiyan Elite and also leader of the saiyan army.He managed to kill Piccolo, Yamcha, Tien, and Chaozu while on earth. Nappa was killed by Vegeta because he was badly injured by Goku and was of no more use to Vegeta.

Radditz is Goku's evil brother. He is a 2nd class saiyan 1 level higher then Goku. He came to Earth to try and convince Goku to come with him and join the remaining saiyans.When Goku refused, Radditz kidnapped Gohan. In the end, Goku sacrificed his life so Piccolo could have one clear shot at Radditz with the special beam cannon.

Cell/ Android 21, created by Dr Gero he is his most powerful android.Cell has 3 forms and his final been his most powerful. In order for cell to acheive each new level he must absorb the androids. He aventually does this and becomes perfect cell.In this form he holds the cell games. Cell is eventually destroyed by gohan and the earth is at peace again. In hell cell becomes allies with Freeza to terrorize hell, but is stopped by Goku and Pikon. Later, he is upgraded by Dr Gero and Dr Myuu and once again allies with Freeza, but is stopped once again by Goku.

Buu was created by Bibi-di for destruction. He defeated most of the Kaiou-shins and was cursed into his fat form. Years later, he was unleased again by Babi-di and sent to destroy Earth. Buu went through various form changes (after absorbing good Boo, SSJ3 Gotenks, Mystic Gohan, Piccolo, and Vegitto) and even split into two beings. The fat one joined the good guys, and the evil original form Boo was killed by Goku with the genki dama and reincarnated into Ubuu.

Freeza (Frieza), space conqueror who killed King Vegeta and took over Planet Vegeta. He used the Saiyan inhabitants as mercenaries to take over other planets, but betrayed and destroyed Planet Vegeta. Later, he lands on Namek to seek the dragonballs to wish for immortality, but was defeated by Goku. His body parts were found in space by his father and he was rebuilt into robotic form. Freiza seeks revenge on the z fighters so he returns to earth with his father King Kold to destroy it but is incounted by Future trunks who kills his straight away. He allied with Cell to terrorize hell, but was defeated by Pikon and Goku. He attempted this once again in Dragonball GT, but was once again defeated by Goku.

Probably Frieza's toughest henchman and also, most trusted. Zarbon contains the unique power to transform into a terrible monster when he gets extremely mad. Although he was defeated by Vegeta rather easily.
