1. Must gather all seven balls
2. Chant required "Come out, Shenron, and grant my wish!"
3. Only one wish per summoning of Shenron
4. After the wish is made, Shenron will disappear, the Dragon Balls will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone for one year
5. The Shenron cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator of the Dragon Balls
6. You can revive anyone or any group of people who who fit a certain criteria, if they did not die of natural causes
7. If a person has been revived by Shenron before, the person cannot be revived again

1. Must gather all seven Dragon Balls
2. Chant required "Come out, Shenron, and grant my wish!"
3. Only two wish per summoning of Shenron
4. After the wish is made, Shenron will disappear, the Dragon Balls will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone for a year(If only one wish is made during the summon and the Dragon Balls turn to stone, and will remain stone for four months, then Shenron can be summoned again
5. The Shenron cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator of the Dragon Balls
6. You can revive anyone or any group of people who fit a certain criteria, if they did not die of natural causes
7. If a person has been revived by Shenron before, the person cannot be revived again

Namek's Dragon Balls
1. Must gather all Dragon Balls
2. Around Five times larger than Earth's Dragon Balls
3. Chant required in Namek language
4. Wishes must be said in the Namek language
5. Grants three wishes per summon of Porunga
6. After wishes are granted, Porunga disappears
7. Dragon Balls turn into stone
8. Takes a third of a year to recharge(130 days)
9. Scatter across the planet
10. Wishes may be repeated
11. Revive anyone multiple times, as long if they didn't die of natural causes
12. You can only revive one person per wish
13. Dragon is Porunga
14. Porunga is five times larger than Shenron
15. No wishes granted that are beyond the powers of the creator
