Hello and welcome to Verision 1 of the Sturgeon View, the uncensored frosty goodness that you obviously like. Let's ignite the fire and begin the adventure. Recently I was given the opportuntiy to do commentary at Hardkore Havok 2...it ruled pretty hard. Matt Byron was/is quite a fun guy to do commentary with..ditto to Shortstack. There was a bunch of wrestlers the popped in for a match or too, buy the tape...it makes the Jew happy. So in other shit, here's some crap from the 'net...The 411mania top 50 workers list came out, you can now write your columns to fit accordingly with what the Gods of Internet (S)Marks have to say. Seems to be a hot topic suddenly, one which you can make arguments about all day long and walk away with nothing. I still say try to enjoy the god damn show everyone once in awhile, instead of pulling out a little notebook and eatching down every missed punch or blotched bump...its wrestling...its doing a job all on its own of killing itself, having people read about how you didn't like this workrate and that guy was too green and this sucked too doesn't help anyone..consturctive or just plain assholish critisium. And like its been said, Havok was mainly a Food/Fork fan base, everyone seemed to enjoy or atleast just accept it was a goof off match held at intermission...christ, I know it isn't "cool" to be a mark but give it a shot. Take away all the guys who helped slaughter kayfabe and bring all of our favorite terms into everyday use, and its pretty much all we are. I sat in the front row at at the last ACW show in Shawnao watching the guys bump and all that shit, ruins it all. Pretty soon your bored and all...just try to enjoy the show and leave the notebook at home. Hardly ever see any reports on the net anymore about how much anyone enjoyed a match just for the fuck of it...not because there was good psychology and mat work and work rate just beacuse it was fun and an actual entertaining time...for fucks sake. Here's some other shit for you to read Someone gave me a "weed flavored sucker" today...apparently it was just supposed to have the taste...I didn't get it though...just tasted like a bad sour apple sucker. Damn thing cost me 3 bucks too. Damn it Jenna. It was an inside joke...deal with it. I feel like taliking about ROH too, and how much its reached the shits suddenly. I dunno what the new jackass running it is trying to do, but just stick to Feinstien's plan already, it worked...all of the internet (s)marks will as someone put it on a board somewhere "Lick the ROH ring mat clean". No doubt. I'm all about having fun, no one gives a fuck about wrestling anymore, just the entertainment part of it...except for us internet assholes who want to watch greased up skinnys flop about for 60 minutes on end. Its great really, I can't do it...but that really doesn't entertain me. I like angles/storylines. Anyways, back to orginal point...I guess the new guy running ROH brought in the ICP...TNA just did that and have some good and bad results...ROH SHOULD NOT BE DOING THAT. Stick with the old school/internet fan friendly thing...it's working isn't it dumbass? I'd probably advoid the Midwest again...the numbers sucked pretty bad. Oh well, its not Philly... And as its 4am right now, here' some other random bits of poo: Sad to see J-Real go, he was a pretty cool guy to talk to during the after party's and brought a little fun to the ring with him. His match against Brandon Blaze in Shawnao was just halarious. Come on, a guy in black trunks trying to be a gangster? Halarious! Oh and even though it'll open a can of worms, I feel like getting political. Listening to the radio today, and I hear Bush's flapping gums say: "John Kerry wants to take the power out of Washington and put it in the hands of the people!" You know, I haven't ran for a public office or anything...but isn't that kinda the BASE the whole damn government is built on? Its a bunch of dudes making decisions for us all so we can live life....Good by Bush, enjoy your final months. Honestly people, who on the Presidental ticket would you rather NOT have as your Pres other then Bush? Is there anyone you wouldn't take? Hell, I would. Put in Nader..atleast then it'd make the next four years intresting. Note how it took Bush ONE FRIGGIN year to make the millenium suck ass. Eugh, alrighty enough Bush bashing. Dutch Mantell...he's an old dude that does the storylines for TNA...incase your one of those rare net (s)marks that doesn't read the shit off the wrestling sites, anyways he broke his hip. That's pretty funny. This is like a 80 year old dude that just like everyone in wrestling has the answer that will bring wrestling back baby! Christ, its like Strong Therman really... Well its almost 5am now, and I'm tired. If your intrested, I'll probably post the Sturgeon View Version 2...that'll be a funner non-blog like column incase you care...probably pretend I know something about some shit too...who knows. Until next time, make the Jew happy and buy all our playsets and toys or may your christ figure suffer for it! Its okay to have a sense of humor if you don't laugh just once the whole time, try it.
