This is the CRY JUSTICE home page. Cry Justice is an individual effort, with no government or organizational support, that is put forward towards understanding and raising awareness about the millions across the world who are suffering today from poverty, repression, dispossession, starvation, disease and the ultimate eventuality of death with the believe that we all can make a difference to those who need us out there, waiting for us to reach out to them and achieve what is our duty and responsibility...

Every morning we wake up with the dawn of a new sun, not with the opportunity to undo what we have done, but with an opportunity to amend the crimes, imprudence, and injudiciousness that we have committed.

Life is only one…and therefore must not come round in full circles…

And yet, we commit the same mistakes, live under the same illusions and swindle ourselves as human beings heralding our own demise.

The 20th century saw World War – I, World War – II, Vietnam, Gulf War – I, Kosovo, Chechnya…and we gallantly cavalier into the 21st century with Afghanistan and now Gulf War – II…while the bloodshed continues in Palestine and Kashmir for more than half-a-century…

While the political and military theater trumpets and drumbeats, billions across the world are waging their own battle…

Four fifths of the world's population live below what countries in North America and Europe consider the poverty line. While 1.3 billion people struggle to live on less than US$1 a day, the world's richest 200 people doubled their net worth between 1994 and 1998 to more than $1 trillion. At the end of 2002, 38.6 million adults and 3.2 million adults were living with HIV, 50% higher than the figures estimated by WHO. The year saw 3.1 million deaths from HIV/AIDS – much higher than any war in contemporary times.

Some 1.1 billion,  more than one-sixth of the world’s population lack access to safe water making them vulnerable to diarrohea, cholera, dysentery,  intestinal worms, trachoma, schistosomiasis, dracunculiasis and many other potentially lethal water-borne diseases resulting in not hundreds or thousands but million of deaths every year.

Approximately, 230 million children (43%) in developing countries are underweight.

Approximately, 3000 people die from malaria in South Africa every year.

The world is "losing the battle" against hunger. More than 800 million people are chronically hungry and 24,000 people dying daily of hunger.

…it is a battle for existence…of endurance and survival.
