There are a large variety of chemical substances in existance out their in the universe. Some can be used on a organic body for the good of things like healing, others have a lot more severe effects to the detriment of the user. Narcotics

Narcotics are basically any chemical that can be taken by someone in order to have a desired effect. Many are highly addictive and in the end work to the detriment of the user. The table below shows a large variety of differant drugs and narcotics available to those who look. The following list explains how to use the table:

Name: This is the most common name used for the substance. A lot of substances do have other names used in slang by various black market dealers and users but we do not have space here to cover every nickname given to a substance the galaxy over.

Cost: This is per dose purchased. Prices do vary, but this is the rough average price on can buy the substance for.

Avail: Short for Availability. Shows how easy it is to get hold of certain narcotics and drugs.

Forms: This shows in which forms the drugs. The Key for this is: Injectable, Smokable, Nasally (as in snorting drugs), Orally (as in eating, swallowing or drinking drugs) or Touch drugs (contact drugs that absorb through the skin).

Addict: Short for Addition, represents how addictive the drug is, classified as High, Average, Low or None.

Legality: Shows the rough legality of the drug around the C69 Galaxy (does not necessarily apply to all places, always check local law). This is classified as follows: Light means the drug is outlawed in some places, but not all, though some places may put restrictions on who may take it. Medium means the drug is outlawed is most places, but there is one or two places that allow for it. High means the drug is practically outlawed the galaxy over save for one or two seedier planets perhaps. Complete means it is a drugs which has been decreed by the Assembly of Nations to be so bad that it under their orders to be illegal the galaxy over, worse than High.

Descriptions of what effects the various drugs have follow this table:

Tobacco: A product which comes in several different forms though typically it is smoked in a cigarette. For people who take the drug, it is pleasant thing which helps calm the nerves and relieves stress, though the more you do of it, the more you relie upon it do just that. Withdrawn from tobacco, the addict ends up with mood swings and getting stressed out easily. However, normal tobacco is quite harmful to the internal organs, building up thick residues upon peoples respiratory system and causing cancer. There is a safe version of tobacco listed under medicines however.

Insandous: Normally worn in patches, this touch drug works in a simalar way as tobacco, giving the person a warm glowing feeling though withdrawal from it can lead to moments of stress, discomfort and anxiety, especially in social circumstances. Each patch tends to take around half an hour to absorb. Insandous can cause some minor skin conditions and damages other internal organs like the liver.

Caffine: A minor stimulant usually found in some foods and drinks (like Coffee, Tea, Cola and Chocolate). It is a minor stimulant which can seem to apparantly boost energy levels, though what it actually does is tap into reserve energy levels. Many people find it hard to wake up in the morning without a good cup of caffine to bring them around and most people get addicted to it without realising as it is still not recognised properly as a drug by the masses.
