 | Goldmoon is the motherly figure to the Heroes of the Lance while they fight to save the balance of the world. She met the group at the five year reunion planned for Tanis, Raistlin, Caramon, Sturm, Tasselhoff, Flint, and Kitiara. Sturm was on his way to the Inn of the Last Home when he came upon Goldmoon of the Que-Shu tribe and her beloved Riverwind. He brought them to the Inn, her bearing a queer blue crystal staff, that none had seen before. She said it was a sign from the true gods, the ones said to have abandoned the world after the Cataclysm, and that it had magical powers. While they sat at the inn, Hederick the Theocrat was pushed into the fire and Goldmoon hurriedly healed his burns, causing a riot and thus sent the Heroes out of the Inn, on their way to save the world. During their journeyings, they came to Xak Tsaroth and discovered the staff was from the Goddess of Healing, Mishakal. With it, Goldmoon killed a dragon, in effort to save Raistlin's life. She saved his, but shattered her own only to be revived by the power of Mishakal. After the War she and Riverwing wed and returned to rule her tribe and and become one of the High Cleric's of Mishakal. |
