 | Flint is a hill dwarf hailing from Hillhome. When he was young he moved to Solace and set up a smithing shop for the town. But don't expect to find his home in the vast Vallenwood trees -- he prefers the solid ground. He built his house into the base of a Vallenwood, carving each room out and intricately decorating them with his beautiful creations. When he is angry or frustrated, his favorite thing to do is sit by the fire and whittle. He is a seemingly gruff and surly dwarf but he has a soft spot for young people. He tries to not let this show, but he is a very caring and loving dwarf. When he moved to Solace he allowed long-time friend, Tanis Half-Elven to live with him and occasionally, the doorknob of a kender he feigns to despise, Tasselhoff Burrfoot. In Solace he also met the Majere twins, Sturm, and Kitiara and thus became a fatherly figure to the young Heroes of the Lance. He loves to adventure and is a fierce fighter but, plagued by the heart trouble known to the Fireforge line, he passed away during the war of the Lance. |
