Standard Commands

These commands can be used in chat for both Diablo and StarCraft. They can also be used while setting up a game of Starcraft and while playing a game of StarCraft.

/whoami - displays your information on Battle.net that others would see about you.

/whisper [username] msg - Sends a private message to a user online regardless of the channel they are in. Only the user you send it to will see it. The following commands can only be used while chatting, not in a game.

Channel Operator Commands
These can only be executed by someone with the gavel icon in a private channel. They will not work in public channels.

/designate [username] - Selects [user] as the next channel operator when you step down, either by resigning or by leaving the channel.

/resign - Step down as channel operator and become regular user again.
