A very stupidly hard boss, who doesn't even die after a renzokuken! Two'll do it then. You will need to cure regularly if you don't kill him quickly. uNLOCK YOUR FINAL COMMAND HERE.

BOSS 37- ULTIMECIA

This first incarnation can be taken out with a single Meltdown-Aura-renzokuken, but you will have to wait until Squall is chosen.

BOSS 38- GRIEVER

Hit him repeatedly with renzokuken, and counter doom with a remedy plus or a megalixir. It might take a while but he will die.

BOSS 39- ULTIMECIA/GRIEVER

Use Meltdown-Aura_renzokuken and it should be easy.

BOSS 40- TRUE ULTIMECIA

Cast every defense you have, triple on everyone, and Aura everyone as well. Use Meltdown and Squall's limit break and wait until she starts speaking. From then onwards, every attack should cause her to spaek. Then sit back and watch the confusing ending sequence.
