Recently a poll was taken to discover the reasons women choose abortion. Surprisingly, one of the top reasons was timing. Women simply were not ready for a baby. If women understood the serious complications arising from abortion, they would be less likely to choose abortion for such a frivilous reason. A recent study from New Zealand highlights the increase in mental health problems to teenagers who choose abortion. Teens who choose abortion are significantly more likely to experience depression, anxiety and thoughts of suicide.
