Please, be sure to light candles in your home for all your Holiday Celebrations, in rememberance of those Americans (and others) who will not be with us due to the terrible acts of September 11, 2001.
We Will Not Forget!

My Thanksgiving Day Menu!

"Riti, are you having Thanksgiving at your house again this year?"
You betcha!!
I decided to put out my holiday menu, yes, this is what I'm serving for the big day!!
I'll feature each recipe on its own page, for your convience.

I hope you enjoy cooking the big feast as much as I do....
to me, its worth all the hustle and bustle, to be able to sit down and enjoy a wonderful meal with family and friends, that I've planned and cooked myself.
It gives me a feeling of accomplishment, bringing out such delectable goodies, and that God has blessed me with all that I am able to put on my table!

Also, each guest receives a special gift for sharing this Special Day with us.

So, here it is, my menu for this special day!!
