Heres my version of an old classic.
To me, no Thanksgiving feast is complete without this!!

Classic Green Bean Casserole; Ritis Style!

1 large bag (16 to 20 oz) frozen greenbeans, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup, (Try the one with the roasted garlic)
1/2 the soup can of milk
1 tsp soy sauce, (I use low sodium)
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbls bacon bits (optional, but good!!)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 small can French Fried onions, divided

Preheat oven to 350. Combine soup, milk, soy sauce, bacon bits, spices and half the fried onions until well blended. Place greenbeans in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with veggie oil. Pour soup mixture over greenbeans.
Bake about 1/2 hour or until hot. Top with remaining fried onions. Bake an additional 5 minutes or so.....YUMMY!!!!
