Here is my holiday mashed potatos, usually I don't measure however this is just a guide if you will, make to your desired consistancy...enjoy!!!

Ritis Mashed Potatos

8 large potatos, (I like baking potatos for this, they are mealy and whip better)
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tbls butter or margarine
a little milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatos until tender. Drain and put in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix with hand mixer until smooth and the way you like them....I don't like lumpy mashed potatos....lol!
