Perks
Perks are obtained throughout the game and offer changes to your character. All perks are good and only benefit the player. There are lots of 'em and you have to level up at least 3 times for each one (unless the Skilled trait was selected earlier). Some require that the character be at least a certain level or have other Point, Skill, or Perk prerequisits. There are a very few that do not require experience to be gained.
