Caracter Styles
The player has the option of making several different types or styles of characters. The one on the last page was a hardcore killing machine. It is meant for speed, weapon usage, and smarts. Later I played as a female with these stats:
ST:6
PE:7
EN:6
CH:6
IN:8
AG:8
LK:6
Instead of "Fast Shot", I picked "Finese". My new character was designed for skill, yet tougher, and slightly less intellegent. This turned out to be just as good as before. Instead of using guns, I raised unarmed in the early game and could, by late game, kill all lesser creatures and humans, with no weapons at all, quickly. (Very good for boxing and martial arts fighting). I could carry more stuff with the "strong back" perks and higher endurance. The going from 9 to 8 on IN didn't hurt me much at all.
It's all a matter of what sort of person you want to be. Obviously everyone will have to do the same sort of things (ie. quests and such), but one can go about it in different ways, be it Ninja Thief, or quick drawing Cowboy.
