We tried to take it a little easy today, and spend some time with each of the older kids. All the girls went to see a buddhist temple and the boys stayed in the hotel and watched a movie and then went for a run.
At the temple there were local people worshipping Buddha by bringing offerings...

![]() I could only imagine that in the middle of one of our church services a bus load of foreigners coming in to take pictures of all of us. Our guide, Veronica, and yes that’s her English name, said they don’t care about us at all, because they believe Buddha has not called us to him; our heart has not turned to him and it’s his responsibility to do so. We were the only ones out of our whole group that did not kneel in front of Buddha for the monk’s blessing - it is a big tradition for families to have their babies blessed.
