Piper, owner of P3, with Prue & Phoebe as silent partners. Her original dream was to own a resturant but owning a nightclub was cheaper. P3 opened in Season 2 ep. 26 with Dishwalla as the headliners. Leo booked Dishwalla to lured the bands manager to P3 because he was associated with the demon Masselin who feed off eager groupies. P3 booked several bands and was the one place demons rarely attacked. The sisters gathered there to wind down after demon attacks.
