Boyle County coach Dennie Webb started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Jagger Gillis, 6-1 Sr. Luke Sheperson, 6-3 Jr. Hagan Webb, 5-11 So. Owen Barnes, and 6-1 Jr. Luke Imfeld. Lincoln County coach Jeff Jackson countered with 6-3 Sr. Baylor Mattingly, 6-2 Sr. Brady Weaver, 6-3 So. Colton Ralston, 5-11 So. Tramane Alcorn, and 6-2 Jr. Jaxon Smith.
Boyle County defeated Lincoln County 54-48 to capture the 12th Region Championship. There were two ties and seven lead changes in this game. Boyle County shot 38.6% from the field including six of 21 from the three point line. The Rebels connected on 14 of 15 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored four points off five Lincoln County turnovers. Lincoln County shot 34.7% from the field including two of 17 from beyond the arc. The Patriots connected on 12 of 15 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 11 Boyle County turnovers.
Luke Imfeld led Boyle County with 20 points including 13 of 14 free throws, four rebounds, and two assists. Jagger Gillis added 14 points including four three point baskets and three rebounds. Luke Sheperson recorded nine points, 13 rebounds, and four blocked shots.
Jaxon Smith led Lincoln County with 21 points including six of seven free throws, seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Tramane Alcorn added 18 points including three of five free throws, five rebounds, and three steals. Colton Ralston recorded seven points, two rebounds, and two steals.
