Madison Central coach Robert Cooksey started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Jekauri McKeithen, 5-7 Jr. Taleya Todd, 5-9 Sr. Logan Hudson, 5-6 Sr. Kelsey Powell, and 5-6 Sr. Madison Barnard. Nicholas County coach Greg Letcher countered with 5-8 Sr. Maranda Jett, 5-8 Jr. Morgan Watkins, 5-9 Jr. Megan Cobb, 5-5 Sr. Allison Myers, and 5-5 Sr. Shelby Stafford.
Nicholas County defeated Madison Central by a score of 49-41. The score was tied three times and there were five lead changes in this game. Nicholas County shot 38% from the field including four of 14 from the three point line. The Lady Jackets connected on seven of 10 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 21 Madison Central turnovers.
