Jeffersonville (IN) coach Michael Warren started the following lineup: So. Laura Gillenwater, 5-8 Jr. Kiersten Poor, 6-0 Jr. Nan Garcia, 5-0 Jr. Kelsie James, and 5-7 Sr. Tori Handley.  Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 5-10 Fr. Josie Gilvin, 5-11 Fr. Alex Wolff, 6-0 Jr. Kristen Clemons, 5-5 Jr. Destinee Marshall, and 5-6 Sr. Ashlee Harris.

Sacred Heart Academy trailed 33-18 early in the third quarter but rallied to earn a 61-50 over Jeffersonville (IN).  The score was tied six times and there were six lead changes in the game.  Sacred Heart shot 38.8% from the field including six of 22 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on 17 of 21 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 20 Jeffersonville (IN) turnovers.  Jeffersonville (IN) shot 46.5% from the field including eight of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Red Devils connected on two of four free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 13 Sacred Heart turnovers.

Ashlee Harris led Sacred Heart with 18 points including 10 of 10 free throws, four rebounds, and four steals.  Destinee Marshall added 15 points including three three point baskets.  Kristen Clemons recorded 12 points, 11 rebounds, and two blocked shots.

Nan Garcia led Jeffersonville (IN) with 22 points including two three point baskets, six rebounds, and three assists.  Kiersten Poor added 15 points including three three point baskets.  Kelsie James recorded nine points on three three point baskets, five rebounds, and six assists.
