Pickerington Central coach Johnathan Hedgepeth started the following lineup: 6-2 Sr. Bexley Wallace, 6-0 Jr. Maliya Perry, 6-2 Sr. Kyla Whitehead, 5-8 Jr. Madison Greene, and 6-2 Jr. Erin Whitehead.  Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 5-11 Sr. Grace Berger, 5-7 Sr. Kia Sivils, 6-0 So. Kristen Clemons, 5-6 Jr. Ashlee Harris, and 5-7 Sr. Kiki Samsel.

Sacred Heart trailed 25-21 at halftime but rallied to earn a 47-44 victory over Pickerington Central (OH).  Sacred Heart shot 33.3% from the field including five of 19 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on 10 of 18 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored nine points off 13 Pickerington Central turnovers.  Pickerington Central shot 37.5% from the field including three of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Tigers connected on five of six free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored eight points off 12 Sacred Heart turnovers.

5-5 So. Erin Toller led Sacred Heart with 21 points including two three point baskets, seven of seven free throws, and nine rebounds.  Grace Berger added 11 points and eight rebounds.

Bexley Wallace led Pickerington Central with 12 points and four rebounds.  5-11 Jr. Jada Tate added eight points and four rebounds.  Kyla Whitehead recorded six points and five rebounds.
