Trinity pulled away in the second half to defeat Scott County 42-13.  Trinity's Derek Bishop was unstoppable tonight as he carried the ball 29 times for 312 yards and scored on runs of 14, 4, 4, 66, 60, and 10 yards.

Trinity recorded 21 first downs and 454 yards of total offense.  The Shamrocks were penalized three times for 35 yards.  Scott County recorded 16 first downs and 297 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized twice for 10 yards and had one pass intercepted.

Trinity's ground game was led by Derek Bishop with 312 yards and six touchdowns on 29 carries.  Brad Kragthorpe completed eight of 13 passes for 91 yards.  Darick Nix caught three passes for 29 yards.  Rober Melillo led the defense with five solo and four assisted tackles.  Ben Brislin recorded four solo tackles, six assisted tackles and intercepted a pass.

Marcus Hill led the Scott County ground game with 81 yards on 22 carries.  Tevin Buffin completed 11 of 19 passes for 182 yards and a TD with one interception.  James Happy caught seven passes for 110 yards and a touchdown.  Josh Walls added two receptions for 54 yards.  Josh Walls led the defense with six solo and six assisted tackles.  Jordan Kindred added four solo and six assisted tackles.
