Louisville KY February 12th  -  Mercy outscored Manual 16-9 in the second quarter on their way to a 68-63 victory over Manual.

Mercy shot 50% from the field including three of seven from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on 17 of 24 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 19 Manual turnovers.  Manual shot 37.3% from the field including only two of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Crimsons connected on 17 of 18 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 16 Mercy turnovers.

5-8 So. Juliann Miller led Mercy with 19 points and seven rebounds.  5-8 Jt. Ellen Sholtes added 17 points.  5-8 Jr. Malisa Cruz chipped in with 11 points and six steals.  5-9 Jr. Therese Montano recorded eight points, five rebounds, and three assists.

6-1 Sr. Avery Jones led Manual with 21 points and 13 rebounds.  5-10 Fr. Kara Wright added 16 points including two three point baskets.  5-7 Fr. April Wilson chipped in with seven points, five rebounds, and seven assists.
