The innagural tournament saw Shark Boy
defeate Reckless Youth to become the
1st HCW Heavyweight champion, and the
king of the Inkredible 8 tournament
that saw FBI member Tony Mamaluke, Jimmy
Rave, former WCW star Stro & HCW
stars BJ Whitmer & Matt Stryker.

 Things
couldn't have gone better for me at
the HCW Inkredible 8 Tournament. I managed
to defeat three great wrestlers in one
night to be crowned the first HCW champion.
I want to thank the Stro, Tony Mamaluke,
and Reckless Youth for giving me three
good, solid, competitive matches. The
only downer for me was having my victory
celebration cut short by a sneak attack
from the Stro. Next time around it won't
be quite so easy for the Stro to get
the upperhand, though, because I'll
be ready! If you think it's safe, think
again.... Shark Boy is ready

I was very fortunate
to be wrestling in a tournament with
such talented guys. I
worked with Jeremy Lopez in the 1st
round, Matt Stryker in the 2nd round,
and Shark Boy in the finals. This was
the first time I wrestled every one
of those guys and had a great time.
I thought it was a solid wrestling tournament
to build a new company on and I look
forward to working for HCW again. I
believe I've been given some return
dates in October and December- Reckless
Youth
