Click  HERE  if you want to purchase a chess book ... or other chess stuff.
(Tell them where you found this link.)

This should give you a rough idea of what is here on this site.

My site Map.
(I have added quite a few pages since I first made this,
but the basic lay-out is still the same.)

  "Have a GREAT Day!" ..... (smiley1.gif, 02 KB)

I have the following pages currently:

***

Site Map  -  What's on this site.
(You are here, now.)

My Interests  -  What my interests and hobbies are.

My Favorite Web Sites  -  Where are the best places on the web?
Where are my chess sites?
(You can also reach the page with  "Up-coming Local Events"  from this page.)

 My Photo Album  -  A few photo's.

***

My Games  -  So far, several of my best games.

One  a rousing 30-minute Internet game,  where I sacrifice
a whole hatful of material.

Another one of my games is an incredible defensive effort
against   Moshe Khatena.

One of my VERY BEST GAMES ...
is the  BRILLIANCY PRIZE WINNER   vs.  Rick Aeria

Another great game is my win over  Leo Denton,
from the  AL State Championship; 1997

***

Great GM Games  -  Some of the best GM games ever played.
(Right now, 9 pages of analysis on the eleventh {# 11}  match game,
Capablanca-Alekhine;  Buenos Airies, 1927.)

***

Great GM Games # 2  -
The second game on this series of great GM games is the encounter,
  GM Larry Evans - GM Arthur Bisguier;
U.S. Championship Game, New York, 1959.

There is also now the game,  GM D. Velimirovic - GM Ivstan Csom
IBM Open, Amsterdam, 1974. Click  HERE

***

Non-GM Games  -  Games from lesser-known Masters or even amateurs.
But worthy of recognition and admiration. You should definitely go there
and visit the game, Ostapenko - Yartsev.
(The creation and completion of this project, start to finish, took over 2 years!)

  Another great game is:
J. Szmetan - G. Garcia
-Gonzalez;  Malaga, 1976.

***

Capablanca-Alekhine,  World Championship Match;
Game # 11, Buenos Aries, 1927  -  Maybe the
best annotated chess game on the Internet!
(This game is the result of literally HUNDREDS of hours of work!!!)

Annotated Games:   A page added in December of 2002.
This page will contain good annotated games that will be
exclusive to this site!
(You will not be able to find them anywhere else.)

Thematic Games  -  A page filled with links to  THOROUGHLY  annotated
games. (Most by yours truly.) These games are meant primarily for
your  CHESS EDUCATION  and/or the aspiring student.

Blank Page  -  A joke ... but also an item meant to
provoke some deep thought.
(What do YOU want to see on an Internet Web Site dedicated to chess?)

How Humans Learn - I am primarily interested in how this affects chess, but I think this is a very important topic for everyone. I have also taught chess in both the public and private schools, so this is a topic that is still important to me.
