*Nappa starts charging up,Gohan and Piccolo freak*
Piccolo: oh....no.....
*Flash to Kami*
Kami: It's time...
*Back to Nappa,Nappa lets the blast fly,Piccolo watches horrified,and begins remembering stuff*
Flashback Gohan: What happened? Where's my dad?
Flashback Gohan: *eating apples Piccolo brought him* Ew sour..yuk!
Flashback Gohan: *smiling after a hard day training*
*Piccolo starts running towards Gohan,and starts another flashback to beside the campfire,Piccolo lays his hand on Gohan's head while hes sleeping*
Flashback Piccolo: *thinking* Dont worry kid,I wont let anything happen to you......I promise...
*Back to Piccolo running....the blast is just about to hit Gohan when Piccolo jumps in front,the blast hits Piccolo full on,he starts screaming in pain,eventually the blast blows up the ground around Piccolo,and he disappears from view*
*Nappa waits for the dust to clear,laughing to himself, but the dust clears to show Piccolo standing over Gohan*
Nappa: Huh?
*Piccolo stands over Gohan,smoking and trembling*
Gohan: Piccolo?
Piccolo: It's okay kid,no sweat......
*Piccolo collapses and stops breathing for a while*
Gohan: Piccolo!
*Gohan crawls up to Piccolo*
Gohan: Hey..Piccolo,why'd you have to go do that? Now you're hurt...
Piccolo: I'm...dying...Wish me back,okay?....it's up to you.....
Gohan: But Piccolo,you can't go now...I don't know how to wish you back! And besides,we need your help...
Nappa: Oh,brother! Making plans for return,huh? Well,too bad..because you wont get the chance!
*flash to Goku flying on Nimbus towards the battle*
Goku: *thinking* One of the large powers is fading..someone must be dying.....Gohan!
*to Kami,who is now looking very sick*
Popo: Kami,whats the matter? no dont tell me...
Kami: Piccolo's power is fading,soon we'll both be dead.While Earth's Dragonballs will be gone,another batch exists on our home planet,Namek.Use them to bring us back!
*Kami fades in and out as P struggles to stay alive*
Popo: Ohh...Kami! Please,don't go!
*back to the battlefield,where Piccolo is dying with Gohan by his side*
Gohan: Piccolo!
*Piccolo smiles at Gohan and starts crying*
Piccolo: Gohan...you're the only real friend I've ever had. I want to thank you..
Gohan: But..Piccolo?
Piccolo: I remember the first day I brought you here,you've changed so much since then...And the harder things got,the more determined you became....I'm proud of you.Hey...sorry I was so rough on you,but I knew you could take it.....
*Vegeta lands beside the crater Piccolo's lying in and Nappa begins advancing*
Piccolo: Get 'em...Gohan...
*Piccolo closes his eyes and his body vaporizes*
Gohan: Ohh...noo.......NOOO!
*up in the Lookout*
Kami: Goodbye,Popo....Remember!
*Kami's body also fades away into nothing*
Popo: Kami sama......KAMI SAMA!
