This has been a very unusual year for me and I'm thankful for all my blessings. Wishing each and everyone of you a very blessed Holiday Season and a very wonderful New Year.
My present to all of you is the recipe for cornbread. Let me know how you like it.
I will not be posting any new stories until the spring, but I want to take this time to thank everyone that visited the site, read the stories and send me email. I do so much appreciate your interest in my stories and the site.

Brocolli Cornbread
1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
1/3 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1 TSP SALT
3/4 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE
10 OZ. FROZEN CHOPPED BROCCOLI THAWED AND DRAINED
4 EGGS SL. BEATEN
1 PACKAGE OF CORNBREAD MIX
MIX ALL INGREDENTS TOGETHER POUR INTO A 13X9X2 GREESED PAN
BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 20-25 MINUTES |
