Product Questions:

Q: What is the difference between a synthetic fragrance and an essential oil?

A: A synthetic fragrance is just what it states, a synthetic, meaning not natural in form.  Many people find that they have a sensitivity to synthetic fragrances, which can be found in many soaps and perfumes on the market.  An essential oil is a natural form of scent from a plant or flower derivative. It is all-natural and many people who can't wear synthetic perfumes find that they can use the essential oils instead, as they are natural.  The only time you would have a reaction to an essential oil is if it is wrongly applied (not diluted with a carrier) or if you are allergic to the plant or flower that it comes from. (i.e. some people are allergic to roses, hence they would show a sensitive reaction to rose essential oil)

Q: Do you use preservatives in your products?

A: The only preservatives we use are natural.  We use grapefruit seed extract, vitamin E and benzoin gum, which is a resin.  All are harmless, natural and very effective.

Q: What is the difference between herbal teas and black teas?

A: Herbal teas are made up of herbs which are infused with hot water to make tea.  They contain no caffeine.   Black teas are also from plant leaves but do contain caffeine.  Our teas are listed as herbal and black to help you in finding the perfect blend that is right for you.  Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Q: When I fax in my form, how do I know that you've received it?
A: During office hours (M-F 10 am - 6 pm), we call you within 30 minutes of receiving the fax to confirm the order.

A: We guarantee all of our products and if you are unhappy with any of the items, we will be happy to refund your money.*
