I agree as an umpire in the AGSA to abide by the Bylaws and Standing Rules set forth by the AGSA Board of Directors. I will conduct myself in a sportsman-like manner, never making derogatory remarks about any AGSA official, manager, coach or player. (Complaints should be addressed to your league commissioner or other member of the AGSA Board of Directors in writing.) I agree to be responsible for my conduct. I agree that for any violation of this contract or league rules, upon proper investigation by the appropriate AGSA officer, that I may be assessed penalties as outlined in AGSA's Standing Rules and/or Bylaws.
