How To Link To
Link your website Bible references to several Bible versions; KJV,
NIV, NASB, RSV, DARBY, YLT, WE. Also in German, Swedish, Latin,
French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Tagalog and Norwegian.
To Jews, there is no "Old Testament." The books that Christians call the New Testament are not part of Jewish scripture. The so-called Old Testament is known to Jews as Written Torah or the Tanakh.
These are lists of the books of Written Torah, in the order in which they appear in Jewish translations, with the Hebrew name of the book, a translation of the Hebrew name (where it is not the same as the English name), and English names of the books (where it is not the same as the Hebrew name).
To view the biblical passage of your choice, enter its book, chapter,
and verse reference (e.g.,
Micah 6:8) into the fetch field . Then hit the retrieve button.
To get a list of passages
containing a particular word or part of a word, first enter a word
or word-part into the fetch field.
Then check the word or word-part box . Finally, hit the
retrieve button. Sound complicated? Its really not.
Similar to the browser above but with different versions and more
Worldwide Study Bible on line

including the Apocrypha and the Catholic Douay Reims version.
The Writings of Flavius Josephus
Includes "Antiquities", "War Of The Jews", "Flavius Josephus Against Apion" and, "Josephus's Discourse to the Greeks concerning Hades". Page also includes a word search engine.
Bible Search Engine One of the few online Bibles with the New King James Version (NKJV).
Also has the KJV, Young's Literal Translation, The Darby Bible, the Majority Text Greek NT,
along with many other options. Very good search capabilities. By Ministry of the Word.
Apocryphal and pseudepigraphal literature was
apparently intended either to supplement or supplant
existing canonical literature. These documents give interpreters
valuable insight into what some Jews and Christians
believed in various places at different times.
Bible Browser Connector Form
This is (almost) magic! If you have a page with Bible references, this
turns the references into hyperlinks which take you to the Bible verse.
You can even choose the version you'd like.
I didn't believe it either until I tried it!
