Attendance Policy

Attendance at fraternity meetings is vital for the survival and advancement of Lambda Kappa. Our attendance policy states: If, for any reason, a member cannot attend a previously established meeting, rehearsal, or other activity, that member must, in written form supply a note with the circumstances concerning this potential absence. This excuse will be found either acceptable or unacceptable by a vote of the Executive Board. A fine of $2.00 will be charged for each unexcused absence. If there are three unexcused absences by one member, then that member shall be subject to probationary suspension. If a fourth unexcused absence occurs, that member will be subject to expulsion by a 3/4 majority vote. The President shall then notify that member of his/her status.
