Assumption coach Stacy Pendleton started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Jacqueline Raque, 5-7 Jr. Reese Sexton, 6-0 Jr. Megan Willinghurst, 5-6 Sr. Lily Harlow, and 5-7 Jr. Payton Cronen.  Mercy Academy coach Keith Baisch countered with 6-1 Jr. TaZiah Jenks, 5-9 Sr. Regan Berger, 6-0 Jr. Paige Taylor, 5-5 Jr. Hope Sivori, and 5-6 Jr. Sidney Shephard.

Mercy Academy led Assumption 21-9 after the first quarter on their way to a 66-53 victory.  Mercy Academy shot 45.8% from the field including five of 15 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on seven of 10 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 30 points off 30 Assumption turnovers.  Assumption shot 37.3% from the field including five of 19 from beyond the arc.  The Rockets connected on 10 of 13 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 30 points off 29 Mercy Academy turnovers.

TaZiah Jenks led Mercy Academy with 15 points, six rebounds, and four steals.  Hope Sivori added 15 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, eight assists, and four steals.  Paige Taylor recorded 10 points, 15 rebounds, and three steals.  Sidney Shephard chipped in with nine points.  Regan Berger added nine points and six assists.

Payton Cronen led Assumption with 11 points including three three point baskets.  Jacqueline Raque added 10 points.  6-1 Jr. Madalynn Nalley recorded eight points, seven rebounds, and four steals.
